Comment : The Service Manager at Bob Smith Toyota Erich Fertschneider is a terrible person and incredibly rude to both his customers and employees. He acts like its his way or the highway and is completely unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM BOB SMITH TOYOTA UNTIL HE IS NO LONGER THE SERVICE MANAGER.

Comment : Servicing your vehicle here is way too expensive. They will overcharge you on every little bit of maintenance that they can try to swindle you into purchasing. Some of the maintenance I requested wasn't even completed, which nobody at the dealership told me about face to face. I had to read the 7-page service report to find that out. I will never take my car back here again. It is a scam and you can get everything they offer done for a third of the price with any independent mechanic.

Comment : I've had only Toyota cars for a long time now.I bring in my car for oil changes and other maintenance. There used to be a rare gem of a service advisor here named Emily. She was patient, answered all questions and thorough. But she found another job so I've had appointments with others. They talk fast and rush, rush. Too bad it's the closest dealership and they do offer rides so I can work somewhere else while I wait for my car to be serviced. Look, I am happy to recommend them if they make changes. If you've had similar experience with them and you do a similar review, maybe they can see that we are pulling for them to improve.
