Comment : Its a relief to finally find a real honest mechanic who does what they say and completes on time.I took my truck in for inspection under the new purchase 100 day warranty from C@rvan@. They diagnosed issues that would not allow it to pass inspection obvious thing's like tires and brakes???wear products??? . At first the warranty company contacted me saying this wasn't covered. The team at Bob???s took over and handled the situation.In the end I received tires, brakes, rotors, balancing and alignment all covered under warranty.The shop is clean and organized and the woman on the counter knows her stuff so don???t speak down to her. Comment : They broke my armrest. I brought my car in for a simple inspection and they broke the driver side arm rest. Impossible the person who did it did not know. You broke the tabs too so there is no way to fix it. Both the arm rest and the control assembly it clips into are broken. It needs to be replaced. Comment : Needed a tire plug after catching a huge nail in my tire. Went to 3 other tire shops everyone was either too busy or had to wait about an hour or 2 to get seen. Decided to try Bob Nolan s next,they handled my problem fast,no wait,nice workers and good service !
