Comment : So happy I found Bob Adams after my recent move to Lansdale! Very easy to make an appointment online with a confirmation email the same day. I needed an inspection, tire rotation and oil change. It turns out I also needed front brakes. Scott gave me the option of just pads or pads and rotors and explained the benefits and pricing with absolutely no pressure to choose the more expensive option. So refreshing! Since I needed more work than expected he even "threw in" the oil change for free!

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.
