Comment : Professional, transparent, personable. Zack and Matt have been excellent. Customer service is unusually accommodating, offering a concierge service I haven’t experienced in other BMW dealerships: They’ll drive to your home, regardless of distance, for something as simple as helping to answer further technical questions about a new vehicle. Their business practices appear to prioritize “keeping” clients longterm over making an individual sale.

Comment : Great dealership, came in on a Tuesday evening before closing joe took care of me I was able to test drive the car, everyone was nice and professional the process was easy fast and they got me in the car the next day. I would recommend getting your car from here!

Comment : Was immediately offered a drink before sitting down. Our sales rep was pleasant and chill. No pressure at all. I kinda made it easy on him by shopping online and knowing what I wanted upon arrival. After that it was test drive and paperwork. So much paperwork. They stayed late to wrap up the sale and were very accommodating throughout. Would recommend!
