Comment : I worked with Jesse to find my dream car because his enthusiasm and energy was infectious...I wanted the excitement and experience of buying the car of my dreams to be top notch and he delivered. What I love most about working with Jesse is, I know he will go above and beyond to make sure I am happy and taken care of - pre and post purchase. He worked really hard for my deal and I appreciate all the effort, time, and texts that went into it. I recommend you do your homework and then check out this dealership and find him. The finance manager was also amazing, along with the other sales guys, Mo and Craig. The facility is also very clean, organized, professional and they offer free water and Star Bucks hot chocolate, can't beat it!

Comment : Started out 5 stars, but ended 1 star ... Enjoyable until it came to talking numbers ... We were looking for something very specific and decided to evaluate the options at BMW Vista. We went in a later on a Friday evening; it was not busy, which was great. We started with a salesmen (Mo) who was accommodating and attentive at the time. We told him what we were in the market for - a used BMW M3 and an unknown business car for my wife. We drove the 2 different used M3s knowing they did not meet the exact colors and specs we wanted, but needed to do our due diligence. The salesmen was helpful even though we declined on those cars. We moved on to looking for a business/luxury vehicle. We drove a used m550i and X5, but they were not a good fit for my wife. We made an appointment with Mo for Sunday 10:30 to check out a brand new X5 and X6 that both had to be pulled from remote dealer car lots. We arrived at the dealer on Sunday. We sat down and found out the cars requested were not moved for some paperwork issue that we were not told about (that raises an eyebrow). The salesmen then redirects us to look at brand new 5 series. We play along for a bit and drive the new car. Talking with the salesmen, being polite to say we rather look at the other vehicles we set an appointment for. We go on a ride from Vista to Encinitas to "hunt down the cars." Time is ticking well passed lunch time. We tell the salesmen directly that we see through his sales tactics, and they are not going to work. We turn down the X5 and arrive at the X6 ... almost 3 hours after the scheduled appointment time. We tell the salesmen we appreciate his time and that this is the X6 is the closest thing on trim level to what we were looking for. Was very specific and did not say "this is the car" or "let's buy it." We test drive back to Vista and immediately the salesmen wants to talk sale. We tell him again that we are doing our due diligence/research and would not be buying today. We said we would look at their finance and numbers. We say flat out that my wife doesn't fit in the X6 (steering wheel does not move far enough) and the X6 is not red ... and it is not a car (it's an SUV). He then starts with the comment of his time being valuable and he has spent a lot of time with us. Understood, we said we appreciated his time more than once and know he's been hustling. However, if the salesmen valued our time then he would have called before the appointment to tell us the vehicles were not there. Instead he wanted to get us in the door to bide time. Also, if time were valuable, we would not have gone on a 3 hour hunt for cars when we specifically made an appointment. We do not enjoy our time being wasted either. It then gets a bit more tense and salesmen asks "what he can do to make a sale today." The answer to him was "nothing." We stated flat out again that the sales tactics were not going to work. He got a bit defensive and said "nothing is not going to feed my wife and kids." At that very moment we saw the salesmen's true motivations ... it was not the customer's best interests. That comment, dripping with guilt and emotional manipulation by tugging at heart strings, is not what people come to a BMW dealer for. We know times are tough right now, but that is no excuse for pushy sales tactics and unprofessional comments when a salesmen is told "no." We are the customers and at the end of the day it is our money to spend, not the salesmen's money; something every salesmen should remember.

Comment : UPDATE: After having the parts manager contact me, they've apologized and offered to correct the issue. I appreciate the attempt to maintain customer satisfaction. I've decided to maintain a 3 star rating as I don't believe it should have come to this, and had I not written the negative review, I doubt anyone would have been aware of the issue. That being said, I will attempt to give them my business again as in the end, aside from some frustration, no harm no foul.

Original: Understaffed and mismanaged. It took them over 20 minutes to realize they sent the part I ordered (and already paid for) to another store. I spent extra buying from a local dealership instead of buying from Amazon thinking I'd at least get better service. Boy was I wrong. When I asked about correcting the issue and getting my part (a Christmas present) their only solution was that I needed to come back on their timeline. Needless to say I won't be bringing my business there again.

Comment : Bought a new 2020 X3 with a missing key fob. It took more than a month to receive the key. So frustrated with the sale team. Felt like being ignored after the deal was done. What happens to the customer satisfaction? No patrons.
