I bring my car in for regular service intervals or an issue. They tell me what they are going to do, and you know what, they do exactly that. They always do. They set clear expectations up front and deliver them consistently. I never have drama or excuses. I love driving my BMW. Jason and Bob give me even more of that feeling. I bought the right car and as long as I keep up my part, they will always be there to keep up there part. Great job BMW of the Woodlands. I would buy another one except that would mean me trading in my beloved 750ix. I love driving this car. Thank you again. I do plan on another BTW. I never received status updates on the vehicle. On Saturday I called at 2:20pm to confirm I could pick it up, I was advised they would followup and call me back. after waiting 40min, I called again for an update. Wasn’t given an immediate answer on status, I was called back at 3:15pm telling me the car was “now going in for service.” Seems like they totally missed my service and the car just sat there all day until I had to followup multiple times.I needed the car for the evening so I requested the car back immediately and now need to find another location for service.
