Comment : I had asymmetric wear on one tyre from misalignment of the suspension. The alignment had been radjusted in the previous visit, but it seems to be an affliction of BMWs and in particular EVs. A friend with an i4 M50 has suffered the same problem. The cost of the replacement tire was as per the internet. Mounting and alignment were additional, but expected. The car was kept in over the weekend as the new tire was not in stock. As before, the service here is excellent. Friendly and proficient.

Comment : I am deeply disappointed that a service package I?ve paid for was not activated with warranty company but, showing activate on BMW side.My car was there for five days, and the problem was not rectified within that timeframe.
This was after numerous emails that no one replied. I was asked to return loaner vehicle and pick up my unprepared car that took 2weeks to get an appointment to bring in

Darnell Frank is the best service advisor I worked with by far (any dealership / field). Honest, to the point and will to go over and beyond to make sure you receive the correct level of service.

His leadership is also very caring. I've worked with Steven Lutz & Jason Roy in the past. Had great experiences with their great customer service.

Will continue to return here as long as these individuals are at BMW of The Woodlands. Will note other people are buying from BMW of The Woodlands (new cars) and bringing cars here as a result of the great service team.
