Comment : Honza, gave me great service. He was friendly and very professional. My car was ready in a timely manner. It's a no wait, no fuss experience. I would not my cars [I have 4 BMW's] anywhere else. Thank you BMW of The Woodlands.

Comment : They called me to book appointment, but apparently the booker did not actually book it. But the dealership was able to work me in when I showed up. Lesson learned; call and make your appointment and don’t rely on their outbound call center.

Comment : Update December 2025 Nothing works properly since I purchased it in April 2024.
I sent email (which is evidence) to my sale’s rep the next day regarding that the steer wheel was pulling (left). Note: We met around 5/6 pm which I didn’t close the deal until after 11:30 pm (exhausting).

I forgot about it due to family matters out of state (family passed away and process of selling home) and the fact I don’t drive much at all.

When I was able to take the car to the dealership for service (several times) I had to replace 2 tires, fix the wheel alignment and security feature system not working properly (error messages for that and air in tires appears every time I start the car). I now need to replace the other tires but I don’t even have 22000 miles on it yet and have them check the air and security features (enabled and dangerous).

They also told me it was a 2024 which the tag on the key confirms it was but ironically it was a 2023 sold as a brand new car (recalled being told I got the APR rate for new cars due to the low mileage) with less than 9k miles.

I had more problems with this car than every car in my life put together (1st car in 1993). I’ve been loyal to my old dealership for 12 years and to Infiniti for 15 years. BMWs are horrible cars based off my experiences. I normally switch out about every 3 years. I’ll go back to Infiniti or try Lexus. Nissans excellent too. I never had to fix anything major.

Be weary of the recall or warranty notifications.

April 2024
The service rep was punctual regarding timeline for service and my round trip transportation while my car was being service.

He notified me throughout regarding the status of the work to be done and was flexible regarding the timeline to pick me up.

Comment : Was in for a windshield replacement scheduled at 10:00. Arrived 15 minutes early. Was told that I was third in line. Why the appointment if the installer can't keep up? The work was excellent. Just need to work on scheduling that doesn't inconvenient the customer 2.5 hours before they start your vehicle
