Comment : Dropped the car off for a basic oil service & filter change and it wasn’t completed even after having the car for about 24hrs with no communication of status over the 2 days.

I dropped the car off on Friday afternoon for a simple annual maintenance oil change and filter changes, we agreed it would be ready before 3pm on Saturday. I never received status updates on the vehicle. On Saturday I called at 2:20pm to confirm I could pick it up, I was advised they would followup and call me back. after waiting 40min, I called again for an update. Wasn’t given an immediate answer on status, I was called back at 3:15pm telling me the car was “now going in for service.” Seems like they totally missed my service and the car just sat there all day until I had to followup multiple times.

I needed the car for the evening so I requested the car back immediately and now need to find another location for service. Terrible and unfortunate first time customer experience.

Comment : I truly appreciate the service team at BMW Woodlands. I bought my Audi Q7 from here last year with Dylan (Sales) and Kim (finances). They were amazing.

Today, I picked up my SUV and I am pleased with the process of getting my AC fixed. My service advisor was Sergio. He has such a great personality and went over and beyond to make this experience soothe. The service manager and parts manager were awesome as well. They communicated in a timely matter and accommodated my needs without hassle.

I drive from Pearland to the Woodlands (an hour commute) just to allow them to service my vehicle when needed. That should be enough to express my satisfaction and confidence in the staff. I recommend them to everyone.
