Comment : Stratham BMW Saved Our Weekend!
While visiting New Hampshire from Connecticut, our BMW broke down late Friday afternoon. With our family and dog in tow, and most repair shops closed on Saturdays, we were in a bind—especially with no rental cars available due to the busy fall season.
Stratham BMW was a lifesaver. Their service department is open Saturdays, and they assured us they could take the car in the next morning. We had it towed there, and by 7 AM, our service advisor Adam was already in touch. He kept us updated throughout the day, responded quickly to our messages, and helped ease our stress.
The team diagnosed and repaired the issue promptly, even sending us videos of the engine and undercarriage to highlight future repairs we could address back home. Thanks to their efficiency and care, we were back on the road in time to make our trip home.

Comment : A big thank you to Matthew!!! The original battery in our X3 reached its limit at 7 years and left us stranded in Maine. Matthew made room for us on a crowded maintenance day (Monday morning). By 3pm we were able to make our way back home!!!
