Comment : I want to say a HUGE thank you to the amazing team at this auto shop. I've been a customer for several years now, and every single time they exceed my expectations. This time, I needed a repair on my front bumper after accidentally hitting the curb and cracking it. I was worried it wouldn't look the same again -- but they did an absolutely flawless job. It looks brand new, like nothing ever happened. I'm truly so happy every time I see my car. Not only was the repair perfect, but the entire team is kind, honest, and professional. Special thank you to Greg, Marina, and Max -- you are all wonderful. What I really appreciate is their integrity. If there's something you're considering fixing and it's not necessary, they will honestly tell you it's not worth it. That kind of honesty is rare. They even fixed another small broken part on my car and didn't charge me for it -- which meant a lot. They also cleaned my car beautifully before returning it to me. It's been about a month already and everything still looks amazing. I genuinely recommend them from the bottom of my heart. Trustworthy, professional, and truly caring people. 100% five stars Thank you so, so much!

Comment : I was in a collision and told to go here for my insurance pictures... Reina, who called me back at their first opportunity was polite and helpful. He assured me that if we were just taking pictures that wait a minute and a half for assistance upon arrival. Easy parking. Clearly marked building. Took the pictures very quickly. He was also informative and polite! The whole thing took like 7 minutes. Thanks so much!

Comment : My car was dropped at the Rydell Bodyshop. My insurance referred me to this car rental company. I arrived and began to ask about what cars they had available. They only had 4 cars available. I went outside to check it out and a gentleman was giving me the prices on the regular cars. I was looking more for a sport car because I own a Camaro and don't want to drive anything lower than that. He said I couldn't afford the car that I wanted. I couldn't believe the professionalism of this representative. I called my insurance to change me to a different company. I don't mind paying extra if I'm going to get a car I want to drive. I was disappointed I was treated that way today and I will definitely never be back there again. Worst experience ever. I'll definitely let my insurance know about my experience here.
