So honest. I'm a woman and this is the first place I've gone to where they didn't try to take advantage of me. They find used parts if they work for the repair and are so honest with you.

Comment : My daughter took her car to Blumer and they took great care of her and her car. Max went above and beyond to fix everything -- which was a lot -- and stay within budget. I live in Miami and was concerned that a young lady on her own in LA might have a hard time, but I was able to speak with Max a few times during the process. Not only he was a pleasure to work with, but his diligence and attention to detail made my daughter's car like new again. I highly reccomend this place to anyone who needs work done on their car.

Comment : I brought my car to this body shop twice for the same issue, and both times I was told there was nothing wrong--despite clear signs something wasn't right. I eventually took it to the dealership, where they immediately diagnosed a serious transmission problem that required urgent replacement to prevent further damage. I was still responsible for the diagnostic fee, despite the body shop's repeated failure to identify the issue.To make matters worse, when I picked up my car from the body shop, the windows had been left down during a rainstorm. The interior was soaked. I even paid for a full detail out of pocket, but the moldy odor still lingers and makes the car unpleasant to drive. When I brought it up, they deflected responsibility, blaming a supposed leak--something the dealership confirmed wasn't true.Not only did they fail to diagnose a major issue, but their negligence caused additional damage. The lack of accountability and professionalism was extremely disappointing.
