Comment : Had a great experience having them repair my truck. They worked with third party warranty company and just a day and a half later I have my truck back. Great service and a name you can trust.

Comment : Had these guys fabricate a new exhaust for my ‘88 Toyota MR2 and they killed it! Charged a very fair price and had the car back to me just a day after I dropped it off. I didn’t think my car could sound as good as it does but they worked their magic.

Comment : Great experience! The price quoted for my exhaust repair, was the final price on my Lexus GS450h. By fabricating a smaller section of the pipe assembly, I was able to avoid having to pay for 4 seperate parts.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Comment : Shop around please. Even if you have to be towed, it may still save you money.

No opinions, just the events of my experience down below.

I let them know my water pump, visually was showing signs of leakage. They called me back, informing me that based on a pressure test, my radiator needed to be replaced.

I was relieved because water pumps are very expensive to replace for my model of car.

I know this because I had already googled this and the internet reported back that the average price for this work, on my vehicle model, is approximately $5,300.

As a result, I immediately was very happy to authorize the work for approximately $700 and was very relieved!

Later, they called me back and informed me that my car was still leaking after replacing the radiator and quoted an additional $5,300 to perform the work of replacing the water pump and timing belt. Similar to the price I found online, so no concerns from me.

However, at this point, I was now concerned that the radiator may have not needed replacement in the first place, and let them know that I am declining the $5300 to replace the water pump and timing belt. This was more so, because I did not have the budget for this at the time.

When picking my vehicle, they were very nice, as usual. When it comes to interacting with customers - they are the best in the business!

However, I asked to see my old radiator to see where the leak was. They showed me my old radiator, but could not, to my satisfaction, articulate or visually demonstrate where the leak was.

I was confused and I am definitely not an expert, so I paid the approximately $700 and took my vehicle home.

Next day, I called 3 other shops and they all quoted me between $2300 to $2700 dollars to replace the water pump and timing belt.

This confused me because I would of assumed that they would of googled and quoted me the same $5300 (or close to it) that I found online and which was the amount quoted to me by this mechanic.

Eitherway, I went with the lowest bid, and got my problem fixed for more than half the price - so I am very pleased.

Definitely, shop around and get more than 1 quote please.

Thanks!
