Comment : Been meaning to write this review for a while, but my boyfriend and I LOVE this shop. Truly above and beyond service, and workers who will remember you and work with your needs in mind first. They are very honest and thorough in their assessments- you don't ever feel talked down to or like it's a scammy situation. The pricing is very reasonable considering the quality of work they do. We've worked with them for about 2 years now, and this will be our shop for as long as we live in the area!

Comment : I’m very disappointed with the service I received. I chose this shop based on their 5-star reviews, but my experience did not reflect that at all. It took nearly a week for them to even get back to me with a diagnosis, which in hindsight should have been a warning sign.

They eventually told me what the issue was and quoted me over $1,000 for the repair. I agreed and signed the contract, trusting their assessment. After getting my car back, everything seemed fine—until less than a week later when the check engine light came back on.

I contacted the shop and brought the car back in, only to be told it was now a completely different problem. That doesn’t sit right with me. When I brought my car in initially, I expected a thorough and accurate diagnosis of all issues, not something piecemeal that leads to more problems right away.

I’ve taken cars to other mechanics before and have never experienced anything like this. It feels like the original issue may not have been properly diagnosed, and now I’m left questioning the quality and reliability of their work.

I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

Comment : Once again, i was met with these lovely team members of Blu Auto, knew immediately my appt & my car! They told me on the phone my wait time would be appox an hour, so i was prepared to wait, & it wound up being 30mins. I think part of that, which helped, was i was there at 8am.
They explained everything that my. Car needed or was getting done. And when needed they send pictures of the work they are doing as they are working on your car! I will continue to take my Honda HRV there.

Comment : I finally found trustworthy mechanics! That sentence shouldn't be an oxymoron but for many people it is, coz some auto shops are awful. Not Blu and their whole team. Luis was my main contact but everyone there were so helpful. I appreciate the updates and videos they sent while working on my car and that they guarantee their work. The free rental car also helped. Happy I finally found my go-to shop.

Comment : I randomly selected Blu auto as AAA recommended. I am so happy I did. I spoke with Danny the day before. He was personable and professional. He took me straight in upon arrival. The waiting room was very comfortable. I loved the experience. Thank you Danny!
