Comment : I cannot begin to express how frustrated I am with the so-called ?professionals? at this Auto Care Center in Southern WV.
I contacted this company hoping to get a proper, professional diagnosis on a 2008 Hyundai Tucson my mom and I had been trying to get back on the road. After being stood up for nearly two weeks I contacted Bland Street to do a full diagnosis and fix the car. How did I go from a starter to,we were being told the engine was ?locked? and that the vehicle should be scrapped.

That diagnosis was completely wrong.
From the beginning, I suspected it was a starter issue, but I chose to trust their expertise and asked for a full inspection to identify anything else that might need repair. Instead of doing a thorough and accurate diagnosis, they gave us incorrect information that could have cost us an entire vehicle.

We decided to get a second opinion and guess what? The car is now running. The actual issue was a starter and an AC compressor.

Because of their misdiagnosis and lack of professionalism, I ended up paying them $325 in towing fees for nothing. That?s unacceptable.

It?s incredibly disappointing to feel dismissed and misled, especially when you?re relying on professionals to do their job correctly. I don?t know if they underestimated me or simply didn?t care, but either way, I will never use this company again.

Comment : Very fair priced, honest technicians! The tow truck driver was friendly and literally rescued us off 77 and took us to the hotel before dropping the car at the shop. This was after midnight and they had our car fixed and picked us up at 10am the next day from the hotel! Amazing service!!!

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Thank you guys!! A highly recommend these guys. Called late yesterday evening ask if it's okay to drop off my car for them to do an oil change for this morning. John told me of course. Bruce called me this morning to let me know my car was ready and that they changed the battery in my key fob, because it was going dead. thank you guys for noticing it and taking care of a bit. I asked if they would change the battery for my other key fob and Bruce said, certainly. Sometimes it's the little things that makes the difference. Thank you Bruce, Chris and John
