Comment : Blake Utter Ford always thorough when I bring my car in fer service, they found a problem, told me of it, had to order parts. Gave me a rental free of charge. 2 days later picked up my car, to my surprise washed and detailed. Now that's service.

Comment : By far the worst experience I've had with a new car salesperson and sales manager. I dealt with Kerry and sales manager Austin Rice, and unfortunately, the entire experience was frustrating from start to finish.

I initially reached out because I was interested in a truck and simply wanted some basic information and an out-the-door (OTD) price. From my first few messages with Kerry, getting straightforward information was unnecessarily difficult. Instead of simply answering my questions, I was repeatedly questioned in a way that made the process feel unnecessarily confrontational and frustrating.

Once I had the information I needed, I was comparing pricing with other dealerships and asked if they could match a better price I had received elsewhere. Their dealership was closer to me, so I was genuinely trying to give them the opportunity to earn my business.

Over the course of two days of going back and forth, Kerry never appeared to actually communicate with the manager about the deal or make any meaningful effort to get the numbers where they needed to be. The entire process came across as careless and lacking any real interest in earning my business.

At the end of the day, I took my business elsewhere. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere before dealing with Kerry or Austin Rice. There are plenty of dealerships that will treat customers with more respect and make an actual effort to earn their business.

Spend your money somewhere that values your time and business.

Comment : Quick, courteous service. Will definitely use them for future service needs. Opened early checked me in. Gave me a ride to work. No BS to deal with. In and out fast on arrival and departure. They treated my time like it was valuable to them.

Comment : I am just starting my review. Dropped my car off yesterday to begin collision repairs. I had an appointment and they said there was a bay available. I told them the adjuster needed the final costs Wednesday, Evan assured me they would have them no later than this morning. I stopped by and they did not start on the vehicle yesterday as promised and were just starting on it mid-day today. They know everyday is costing me out of pocket expenses. If I had known that Blake Utter Ford was not true to their word I would have brought my vehicle elsewhere. I will be updating this review up or down depending on if they start keeping their word and if I am fully made whole on the insurance. 9/10/26

Comment : I had a poor experience with their service department on 8/28. I had scheduled an appointment for 9:30 AM for oil change & tire rotation. I arrived at 9:32 AM. At that point I was told it would be a 2 hour wait. I thought, "sure, let's do it". Then after 15 minutes in the waiting room, I realized the car hadn't moved. I spoke to a different employee and was told at 9:50 AM that it would be 3 hours. Needless to say, I dipped out and won't return to that madness. (I give one of the stars for employee honesty & the other star for how nice all employees were amidst that chaos that I witnessed.)

Comment : Walked in, in the middle of the afternoon wanting to see some cars and they could have cared less. The owner was sitting right there at the front and was oblivious to new customers. So we told someone in the first office what we wanted to see and struck out in the parking lot on our own. A salesman made it out but all the cars were locked so he had to go inside to get keys while we waited in 100+ temps. After 10-15 minutes or so we loaded up and left. Fortunately you are never very far from another dealership
