They replaced the turbo on my truck, but accidentally cracked one of the metal coolant lines, which was an honest mistake, because the coolant lines run right behind the turbo, and it is kind of a tight fit. Unfortunately, it ruptured two days later and finally snapped in half, being a freight shaker I'm sure contributed to the exacerbation! So I was broke down again, but was able to repair roadside by another road mechanic in KC. I called Blackcreek, and talked to Clint, the owner, and told him what happened, and he said he would take care of it. I sent him the invoice, and he is a man of his word, and he paid it!! Clint and his guys ad great value when it comes to taking care of their customers, I wish there were more folks like this in the DFW area!So if you're in the Central Kansas area anywhere close to Emporia, don't waste your time with anyone else, take it to Blackcreek Repair, and you'll be able to rest better, knowing that you will be taken care of, I highly recommend !!! 1 Reviews Karen cooper Emporia, KS Reviewed : 12/08/2025 Comment : My car engine quit on the turnpike during Thanksgiving trip from TX to Iowa. It was towed to Blackcreek Sunday morning. They looked at it early Monday and determined it wasn't drivable. I set up an appointment to tow it to the dealership in Wichita as it was under warranty. They were very helpful and accommodating since i was stuck in Emporia for 2 days with no rental cars available. They really do have your best interest in mind. They were able to get me in quick since I was in the middle of a delivery and was concerned if I’d be able to make it to my destination.
