Comment : To say we are impressed is an understament! If in need of service do not hesitate to call them!

As we were towing our camper from MN to AZ our truck lost power after 9 PM on the 335 about twenty minutes from Emporia. When we called Williams Towing for help ( which was also incrediabke service!) they asked where we wanted the truck taken to and mentioned they also had a shop. So we went with that. And we are so glad we did.

They kindly let us drop our camper in their lot by an electric hookup and just stay there for the night. It was diagnosed first thing in the morning it was a faulty alternator, we just had the alternator replaced last March but these things happen.

They had it replaced and added the new battery we requested in and we were back on the road by 1130 AM.

The pricing on it was wonderful, the service was AMAZING and everyone was so friendly and kind. We were blown away by the experiance. Thank you all!!!!!!

Comment : My car overheated on the interstate and was towed here after a call to AAA. I live about 600 miles away and was not familiar with the area. The guys at the shop were all super helpful, friendly, and respectful. They had a preliminary diagnosis quickly after my car was brought in and an estimate shortly after that. The repairs were done sooner than expected. I really appreciate the guys getting me in so quickly with no notice so I could get back on the road to home.

Comment : My car broke down on the highway from Wichita to Topeka and was towed here. They are truly the best! Super friendly, helpful and I am thankful AAA dropped it off with them. They have made this unfortunate process easier. If I lived in Emporia, I’d totally come here for service.

Comment : This place was fabulous. I was driving from Texas to Iowa, and my transmission started to overheat. They were able to get me right in and have me back on the road within a few hours. They were all helpful and friendly. It really helped lower my stress. Also, very reasonably priced.
