Comment : Great communication while my car was getting repaired. Additional options were given for recommended repairs but no high pressure sales environment to get you to pay more money. If you go, ask for Riley, he will make sure you are taken care of!

Comment : I called ahead, told them I’d be there within the hour. When I arrived I was processed and my vehicle was seen almost instantly. Communication was amazing and both polite and informative. Sadly I had to leave my vehicle there for the day but I had an Amani g time with their shuttle service. My driver, his name is Don, was excellent. The vehicle was clean, AC was on cool, which was nice on this humid day. Don was fantastic, didn’t make unnecessary conversation, was polite and forward, and drove like a person should while also getting me home in a timely manner. Don deserves a raise/10

Comment : I had a transmission that went out on my truck, took it to bird automotive. I can say, that I talked to Riley and he kept in the loop Al through the process, and it was a tough process but they got me back on the road less than two weeks. My wife had to pay and pick up the truck for me, I was working. she had uber to get the truck and Riley offer to take her home so she could get other to drop off to another shop and pick up truck later, I thought that was thoughtful. All in all I would refer and go back to them because it was a awesome process.

Comment : My drive belt came off the idler & pulleys, leaving me stranded Saturday night. I also noticed some fluids leaking in other places under the hood of my Chevy Silverado. I had my truck towed to Bird Automotive and they replaced my belt and inspected those other leaks. Not only did I get great service but, they gave me a list of potential problems that I will need to address in the future. Thank You, Dylan & Bird Automotive. Your Customer, Larry. F.

Comment : Been going here for that last 6 years. When it was under a different name. Found out all the people are the same just name changed. As always great service very friendly. They fix what needs to be fixed. Call you about what they found and if any other issues what repairs are needed. They don't make things up or try to sell you parts you don't need. Car drives perfect now. Had new tires and alignment done. Ac not working right they fixed and blows colder than it ever has.

Comment : Came in about a week ago with multiple codes on my VW GTI. Staff was very transparent and showed me exactly what all they found during their diagnosis. They were clear on what was needed vs. recommended and they also gave a suggestion to keep this issue from happening again. Shout out to the tech and the gentleman at the front desk, I don’t remember their names unfortunately but great customer service. I live in Warrensburg and came here after a little research of shops in the general area and safe to say this will be my goto auto shop moving forward.
