Comment : A big shout out to the team at Bird Automotive in Blue Springs! Recently had a great experience with my 2017 Ford Fusion. Great customer service experience. Great technical knowledge. Even spoke with one of the techs concerning one of the issues, who explained everything. We've taken our vehicles here for several years, and their services just get better. They even offered a courtesy vehicle for over the weekend! If you're looking for a regular vehicle service center, I'd highly recommend this group!

Comment : When I tell you I have got the BEST service here, it’s been the absolute best. I didn’t feel like I was just being told things were wrong with my vehicle just cause. I was shown what was wrong. Dylan is amazing he took care of my warranty for my engine and I was able to get it replaced and my vehicle runs great! The whole bird auto team is amazing. Thank you guys so much for all of your help! I’ll definitely be back for future services!
