Comment : I believe this location is closed. I drove by on a holiday and there is a "for lease" sign out front and all of the work vehicles normally parked were gone. I think there was one. I went to their store in March to have an estimate for a mirror installed in my newly remodeled bathroom. They said they would have a technician call me to schedule when they would come out. The call never came though I had been told he would call me within the next day or two. Two weeks later I get a call out of the blue from a technician who's in front of my house ready for the estimate. I was at work just up the road thankfully my dad lives a couple houses down and he came over and let the technician in. I had already contracted with Glass King to install my mirror but I was still curious what the price was going to be. Glass King was only charging me $350 for the mirror. Binswanger wanted $850 for the exact same product. Why on earth is there such a big price difference? I was already upset with them for the fact that I couldn't get anybody to call me to come do an estimate. And then they just show up out of the blue? Glass King will get all my referrals.

Comment : I ordered a piece of glass paid half down so they could get the order started. Was told it would take ten days to receive the order, no problem spoke to the customer and they were ok with that. When the time came to get the glass I went there and no glass, waited another week, went back and one of the employees must have had a rough morning because when I asked for a tracking number he started yelling so I told him he needed to calm down because I wasn't the one who ruined his morning. I left, a week later I get a text stating they finally had my glass. I go there and what do you know, no glass. I was told it was shipped to their sister store in Chesapeake. I was given the option to get it but I didn't think I should have to go out there due to their mistake. I was told it would be there I. the morning BUT about two hours later I get a message stating they had it there. When I finally go to get it I asked if there could be some compensation for their mistakes and the employee gladly said no. So after all the running back and forth three times the argument with the employee and not even some type of compensation I will not be there again. They need some refresher training on customer service. Customers keep them employed and the business going...

Comment : I had called for a quote and paid their required $50 fees. A technician came out for measurements. Then, I waited and called and waited and called again. They were super slow in everything from making an appointment for someone come out and slow on quotes. Damn, they were extremely expensive on quotes as well. Well, I list the $50 and my time with much frustration on their super slow responses.
