Comment : The staff were friendly and welcoming. They provided me transportation home & back to the shop. However, I went to Bill's Quality Auto Body for 3rd opinion and estimate for servic After paying $105.36 to get an assessment, the service manager recommended replacing my shocks instead of replacing the control arms and bushing which was recommended by 4 other mechanics. Reviewing the service contract, it is marked that I declined a maintenance inspection. However they accepted payment of $105.36 for an evaluatoon and 2nd opinion.

From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to assist us, and I would like to extend a special thank you to Kristin and Adam for their outstanding support throughout our visit. This shop not only delivers high-quality work but also demonstrates honesty and transparency, which ultimately resulted in significant savings for us. From my experience, I noticed that the mechanics genuinely care about their work and the vehicles of their customers. This will be our go-to shop from now on, and I highly recommend it!

Comment : The entire experience was friendly, professional, and done when promised, at a fair price for current value. I totally appreciate how they explain what they need to do and why. The staff is well trained and they work very efficiently to get the job done in a timely manner. Adam is my go-to guy, but they're all great!
