Comment : I really appreciated how quick this company could Get me in to replace the windshield on my truck. The windshield the technician installed on my truck is amazing. No dents, marks, scratches no runarounds. And that?s cool they?re able to order PGW products PGW products are awesome. The staff was friendly and was really nice to offer me a ride back to my job. I?ll be sure to do my part in recommending anyone this company for any of their window work needs! ??

Comment : Had to have a windshield replaced in our car. We travelled 150 miles to get this done. Great staff, comfrtable waiting area, great coffee.
We saw their staff go way out of their way to help every person who stopped in for glass issues.
They have three departments, auto, home and commercial. If they were closer, I would use them for the home.
Although there are two places we could use on the coast, we will be coming to these folks for our auto glass needs.

Comment : Very professional staff. My appointment was on time and ended early. I had a back window on a 3500 HD on Monday and a Honda Pilot done on Friday. Very happy. Excellent warranty as well.

Comment : They did a great job replacing a glass panel in a window we brought in.
However, it took 3 attempts to pick it up.
(We live past Jacksonville.)
The 1st time they called that the window was ready but when we drove into town, but it was not done.
The 2nd time, I looked up the hours on Google which they have as 8:00-5:00. When I arrived at 4:40, they were closed. They close at 4:30 per a note on the door.
They gave us a slight discount but it was still frustrating.

Comment : The windshield on our "Mint condition" / beloved BMW coupe had gotten so micro-pitted that it wouldn't clean. The careful, highly skilled, friendly and communicative staff and technicians at Bill's Glass did a STELLAR job with our new windshield, including removing the remnants of a sloppily done prior replacement, from several years previous -- meticulously done. They also noticed how ill-fitting our windshield wipers were (aftermarket ) and replaced those with CORRECT, lower profile blades. They are a delight to do business with. I recommend them WAY over "national franchise" "Safelight" or other shops.

Comment : I could not be more pleased and impressed with this company. For starters, they determined that there was nothing wrong with the window frames and I really only needed to replace the glass itself. That saved me approximately $10,000 over the first quote I got. The installers were friendly, professional, and efficient and I am so happy with the results. I highly recommend this company!!!

Comment : Great people. Replaced my vehicle's rear window fast and for a reasonable price. Definitley would go to them again.
First heard about them from a Medford Rogues baseball game. "When you hear that crash, think Bill's Glass!"
