Comment : Communication is just nonexistent. Spent 3 weeks trying to get a simple quote, filled out their online quote form multiple times, sent and responded to emails, left a message and tried calling several times. Really my fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt and wasting my time.

Comment : I am so impressed by the level of service and amazing chip (bulls-eye) windshield repair job from Bill's in Ashland. The front desk was super friendly and the entire process took less than 20 minutes for the drop-in repair (no appt). I can't even see the chip in the windshield and I'll definitely be coming back again if needed. I'd give 6 stars if Google reviews allowed it.
