They charge you for services that should already be covered under warranty and also give you incorrect advice about car maintenance!

Comment : ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-Star Experience with Brian Doyle at Bill Dube Toyota

I bought my last car from Brian Doyle—a Corolla that lasted me two decades—so when I stopped by Bill Dube Toyota on a whim for my birthday, I was really just browsing. Brian happened to drive by, saw me looking at cars, and immediately stopped to help. I told him what I had in mind, and he said he had the perfect car for me… and he absolutely did!

I walked out that same day with a beautiful new Corolla and a deal I never expected. Brian is truly the nicest and kindest salesman around, and he’s the only reason I went to the dealership. I’m so glad he was still there.

If you’re looking for the perfect car and someone who genuinely listens, I highly recommend seeing Brian Doyle at Bill Dube Toyota. When he says “I got you,” he really means it.

Comment : Compare prices before you buy! The parts department adds up to 22% to MSRP. I needed four parts and only one was sold for MSRP on the others they added 17%,17% and 22%. Other Toyota dealers near by selling for MSRP. The only answer the Bill Dube parts department gave me, they have a matrix and do their own prices. Fortunately there are more Toyota dealers in the area. Will not see me again!

Comment : I recently purchased an F350 Superduty from Bill Dube ford dealer at dover Nh that spontaneously caught fire with less than 200 miles driven. When I attempted to bring the vehicle to the dealership for resolution and assistance in contacting Ford, the supervisors refused to accept the truck or help in any way. I was told to find another dealer, and a supervisor stated it was 'my problem,' not theirs.

Comment : $400 to replace 4 spark plugs, outrageous. If they hadn’t kept my car for 6 days already I would have taken it elsewhere. I just paid them $1100 to replace O2 sensor and couldn’t miss anymore work. BEWARE.

Comment : We just got our third car from Brian at Bill Dube in Dover and will continue to come here for any future cars! Brian and this team are amazing to work with. I sometimes can be very indecisive, and Brian is always there to answer my questions and never pushy. I was very particular in what I wanted for this next car and him and the team went the extra mile to make sure I got my exact car that I was looking for. Will always come here for any car purchases any car maintenance services that I need.
