Comment : Sales department is great, service department is a joke. They have no interest in actually satisfying customers. If you value your paint job, opt out for their "complimentary wash" as their stoner techs will wipe your car down with red shop rags they find on the floor. My vehicle came back with scratch/scrub marks all down the sides and literally globs of grease smeared all over my windows. I sent a complaint with photos and got ignored by the service advisor. I suspect if I spent 90k on a brand new car they would have treated me better but since I only spent 12k on my vehicle I get awful service? Very disappointed and will definitely recommend everyone I know to avoid dealing with the service department of this location.Sales department is great, service department is a joke. Comment : I don t feel that my last review was detailed enough. I can t thank Tyree enough for helping get me into my new truck. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and he made sure I got it! The whole process was super smooth. I d definitely recommend him and this dealership to friends and family.

Comment : I bought my pre-owned 2022 tacoma from them back in May. With less the 35k miles on it, and three months after purchasing, there was a high level electrical issue with the vehicle. One of the previous owners had attempted to instal a remote start and not done a good job. I took it to get serviced at a Toyota dealership in which they were able to fix it, but they told me to go back to Bill Dodge and have their mechanics reexamine the work that they had done to the vehicle. I went back to talk to the service department at Bill Dodge and talked to the mechanics. None of them seemed interested in helping me at all and were abrasive to work with. Despite the sales people being friendly I find myself highly distrustful of the entire operation at Bill Dodge and Will not be doing business with them ever again. As a buyer I would be highly suspicious of the internal condition of the used vehicles and do not expect any support down the line. Comment : We love our new Jeep Renegade Trailhawk! Bill Dodge made the process of finding our next car transparent and easy. We came on a windy day and the internet went out just after we arrived. Ken was undeterred and drove us to the Saco branch so we could check out the third car we were interested in- and it was the winner!
