Comment : Here s what I learned:1- My car doesn t have a spare, it has a ContiMobikity Kit (Air Compressor w/sealant)2- That Eric E. In the Service Dept understood the assignment. He and the Service Techs went above and beyond to ensure they were ready for me!Not only did Kia not let me down with Roadside Assistance the Service Department at Bill Dodge Kia was on point. I was picked up and delivered with 15min to close. Eric and his Team had my car in and out with 25min, almost as if it had never happened! Comment : THE WARRANTY AT BILL DODGE KIA IS AN ILLUSION!The horrible experience my family went through recently has changed our opinion about Bill Dodge and they ve lost a 25 year customer who bought over seven cars we will never buy another car from them!!We had a scheduled appointment in December 18 And it sat in their parking lot for three weeks before it was actually looked at and touched after the holidays.Then it was a cat and mouse game between Bill Dodge the dealership and Kia customer care corporate on who was going to OK what in terms of the warranty? Nobody wanted to take responsibility.After going through almost a month of Kia, customer care and Bill Dodge Kia service it finally got escalated to the national team who finally got it taken care of and Bill Dodge s initial response was itjust needed a small thing fixed (not a new engine) I specifically asked Bobby Ramos their customer service manager what if there s something else that is still going on with this? , The Bill Dodge Kia customer service manager, replied Just bring it back. He had already closed the case in less than a couple days:(The engine light came on again within a couple of days we had it towed back there. Once again, it sat in their parking lot for eight days before they looked, and by that time they had it parked way over by the woods by the snow. Rodents damaged the car while on their watch and their property and they said that is an act of nature not their responsibility .If they corrected it and replaced the engine, the first time like it really needed our car would not have been back there a second time sitting by the woods for a week where Rodents could get in!!Bill Dodge will not get another nickel from us. Comment : For me, it was my most horrible experience with Bill Dodge Kia!Please read carefully and make your own decision with your choice of car.I bought my 2016 Kia soul at Bill Dodge Kia in Westbrook as a new car with warranties & promises and was very happy until eight years later it happened an issue. My mechanic told me the engine was not working properly And because it was still under warranty of Bill Dodge Kia, He recommended we tow it to Bill Dodge dealership and that they should replace the engine.They were very busy and they set up an appointment for five weeks out December 18 was the appointment date.My most horrible story started after my car was delivered to the dealership.Bill Dodge Kia tried to do everything possible(Delays ,not the right communications, ,cancelled cases with customer care, nonprofessional attitude, and work to not follow the warranty and approve it and help their customer at a tough situation!!Finally, because of their lack of customer care, I lost my car.
