Comment : In 2 occasions my cars engine light came on and it was bucking, the first time you cleaned the plugs and filled the oil, after a thousand miles it did the same thing, once again you filled the oil, and told me to come back in a thousand miles, this time the mechanic stated that the oil levels were ok, so I am lead to believe that the car fixed itself. There was a reason the oil keeps disappearing no one ever bother to find out why, the vehicle is still under warranty till November, I would like someone to tell me what the problem is. The first time it happened I took it to Sullivan auto the mechanic told me the # 2 plug was saturated with oil, and was misfiring. All the mechanics seem to do is fill it with oil and have me come back in a thousand, I would like someone to check the engine and find out why it’s done this. Thank you for a chance to state my problem with the service.

Comment : Amanda the sales person, and Aaron the finance manager were great, they helped our daughter through her first car buying experience. They made the process very pleasant, they were patient, and they really helped her get the best deal possible. We will 100% go back to Amanda for our next Kia purchase, my husband and I are planning on a Telluride in the not so distant future. I would reccomend Bill Dodge Kia in Saco to anyone looking for a car. They answered any question that I had. Explained everything to me. Kept me updated every step of the way. They helped me secure a rental car. Dealt with the warranty company for me. Bronson was who I spoke with the entire time. He was such a delight to work with. Easy going.
