I was extremely satisfied with the service department in going out of their way to accommodate me. I dropped in with no appointment whatsoever to address an unknown noise coming from the front end of my QX50. My disappointment is in the price I was to be charged for the parts to repair the problem. Over $2200 in parts to replace 2 broken front strut springs is insane! Again this is not a knock on the excellent service department. They were excellent.
