Comment : I had a deeply disappointing experience with Service Manager Alex Pinto and Manager Patrick Demers. I brought my 2017 Sportage in for a specific Theta 2 Class Action diagnostic and gave explicit instructions to perform ONLY that test. Instead, they ignored my instructions, performed unauthorized work, and billed me $384.68 for diagnostics that didn't even meet the class action requirements (failed to do the KSDS bearing clearance test). When I disputed the bill, management became hostile. Patrick Demers threatened me with immediate storage fees, and they refused to release my vehicle to the AAA driver until I paid for the unauthorized work. I was forced to pay under duress just to get my car back. I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB and the Maine Attorney General regarding these predatory billing practices and violations of the Maine Unfair Trade Practices Act. Stay away if you value honest service and consumer rights.

Comment : The Kia service was absolutely horrific. I bought my 2017 Sportage at this dealership and was a loyal customer going for annual services. I trusted them to give honest and caring service but I was sadly wrong. The service manager and manager of the dealership were rude and refused to answer my questions. They had no people skills and should not work with the public. . This was the worst experience I've ever had working With mechanics in my entire life. WARNING TO CUSTOMERS RESEARCH 2017 KIA SPORTAGE ENGINES AND SELL BEFORE 100,000. This dealership will not support your claim with CORPORATE KIA.
