Everyone was very helpful, professional and made everything very easy.Billy was excellent to work with, he kept me informed on the time line with great patience, professionalism and kindness. Ashley, Jon, and Matt took very good care of me. Keeping me informed of the status of the repairs throughout the process. While I don't know the mechanics names, the job they did on my car was outstanding. It looks showroom new despite having 100,000 mikes on it. Westbrook, ME Reviewed : 06/13/2025 Comment : This is my 4th lease from Bill Dodge Kia and obviously I am a loyal customer. Leasing a new vehicle can be an overwhelming experience, but not at Bill Dodge Kia. My 4th experience was no exception. They reached out to let me know my lease was expiring and I called and spoke to Anna about downsizing to a Sestos. Anna let me know she was new to the company, but not to worry because she had great people above her and it showed. Both Scott and Amanda provided Anna with some guidance without disrupting the process or making it seemed like she was a novice. I've been at my job for 17 years and I am lucky enough to work in an environment where asking questions is encouraged. Obviously Bill Dodge Kia shares the same philosophy. Anna was a pure joy to work with. It's as if she knew who we were when we walked in the door. She was warm, friendly, very knowledgeable and genuine. You've got a keeper in her. Scott was fantastic showing me all of the finance details and making sure I truly understood everything. When closing out the deal, Amanda was great in helping Anna while also being very friendly and engaging. When we got in the car, Anna left no i undotted and no t uncrossed. Even with this being my 4th Kia, I learned a ton about how this model differs from our last one. I hear nightmare stories all the time from people having bad experiences buying and leasing cars. Quite honestly, I brag about Bill Dodge Kia because I've never had anything but great experiences with them. Something else to know, and it speaks to integrity. We traded in a 2022 Kia Sportage with every bell and whistle known to man. We downsized to a smaller model with a lot less bells and whistles. What I love was that, not once, did Anna or Scott try to convince us to go with a more expensive model or even to stick with a Sportage. Also, they had a few of the same color and model on the lot and Anna put us in one that is two-tone and in our research, we didn't even know it was an option and we LOVE it. It's nice to have a sales team anticipate your wants and needs. Same with Aaron in finance. He saw my history of what add-ons I get and let me tell him what I wanted. I’ve taken two different cars to bill dodge collision center, and they never fail to disappoint. got into a fender bender a couple weeks ago, I called and talked to Ashley at the front desk—who is amazing and very helpful, with info like a rental car, and after hours pick up. It was a complete nightmare; hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a shop. Please, save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE, no matter what they promise! Westbrook, ME Reviewed : 04/16/2025 Comment : I brought my Kia Optima in for a Maine State Inspection (This is a Turo Rental Car). The service rep calls me and tells me I need new rear brakes and new tires and quoted me $600 for the rear brakes. I let the rep know the tires are brand new and the brakes were completed last year. When I arrived to pick up my car, it had a new sticker on it. I asked why the sticker if it needs new brakes and tires and he says they made a mistake and both are good to go. To me this seems pretty questionable. I let the service rep know we also need the mechanic to sign-off on a form for Turo (rental platform) that the car is safe to drive as Turo asks for this each year. The rep tells me that Kia does not allow that. For me that is also very questionable. A reputable repair shop should have no issue standing by their work and signing a safety form that states the car has been deemed safe to drive after they just put an inspection sticker on it. When I asked the manager why? (I think his name was Bob) he just stated he does not have to let me know that information. There is no difference between this safety form and the inspection that was just completed, so an explanation would be appreciated as to why they won't sign a form stating that they completed an inspection and the car is safe to drive. We had been coming to this shop for 3 years and just bought a new car with Bill Dodge last summer. I am now questioning that decision as well, and see why they have a 2 star rating here on Yelp. We had a couple other minor issues along the way, but this was the one that has been the biggest inconvenience for us. If you utilize Turo, Uber or Lyft etc. the manger mentioned these cars are not welcome there as an fyi!
