Comment : Dave Durocher is fantastic! He's always welcoming, professional, and easily relates to, and understands, my vehicle needs and budget based on my family life. I'm a long-time customer and have leased several vehicles from Bill Dodge Auto Group and with Dave directly each time. Comment : I bought my used truck a couple months ago, Connor was the sales man that sold me the truck. The experience was good and Connor was very helpful thought the buying process showing me many vehicles to find the one that worked for me.
I recently had a problem with the truck the battery’s (yes 2) died on me at the gas pumps I had to get it jump started. I called the service center on Monday around noon, spoke with Ashley one of the service advisors and she was able to get my truck in to check the battery’s and get them replaced. Both Connor and Ashley were great to deal with, I don’t doubt everyone there is great but when I return I will be asking for one of them.
