Comment : Sales department is amazing! Quick lane is amazing! The service department is the absolute WORST! I am going to look for somewhere else to do business. Every single time we have had to use the service department (which has been a lot) has been an issue. They are not friendly or helpful and it’s always confrontational! These are warranty issues and they go out of their way to try to make the process so hard that you just come get your vehicle and they don’t have to do the work. It’s ridiculous!
