EVERYTHING was done in a timely manner and my service representative Jolinda was very attention to detail and definitely helpful.. I love the video they record to show you in detail all the work that was done on your vehicle.

Comment : Big Star Hyundai did a good job and fixed the car problem, Good communication, Friendly staff, Professional, I liked the video on the dionostic and sugeting what needed to fix issue. Did not like: I think some charges spiked the final price Seemed a little expensive But I guess that's why auto technicians get payed really good & dealer ship busyness is that costly.

Comment : Too many trips by the salesman back to see the boss. Came back, I made offer and it was ok'd. When the paperwork came back it was $400.00 more than was verbally ok'd. Too much undercover dealing.

Comment : Mo was so fantastic, he made our whole experience. I came in thinking I wanted one car, but he talked me through what was most important for me in a vehicle and helped me find something that was just right. I recommend going to Big Star Hyundai, everyone was great to work with!
