Comment : I think BIG STAR FORD, is doing a tremendous job at keeping their customers satisfied. John Castro, did a great iob of keeping me informed on the progress of my vehicle. There was a slight discrepancy with an issue of a coupon, but we worked it out via management approval.

Comment : Great valet service where dealership picks up and drop off vehicle. Dealership often charges less for oil changes than independent shops. Maintenance and a recall service was done on the same day!

Comment : Took my vehicle for a diagnostic inspection the vehicle was left there 2 days later no response until I called. They tell me I have to replace transmission they say it's going to cost over 8k. I declined and went to pick up my vehicle and they didn't provide a report of the diagnostic test all they did was charge me $230 with no breakdown of what I was paying for

Comment : Ian is the best sales rep at the location. He kept me updated every step of the process of getting my car fixed even test drove and make sure everything was done before releasing the vehicle to me. The team is very courteous and they do quality work..

Comment : I liked all except could not contact the service assistent once the car was ready to pick up. Phone call was so much automated I could not get through to any one .Uber service was arranged by Ford it was very complicated and slow.

Comment : The service was fast, efficient, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. My engine looked noticeably cleaner, and my car feels like it's running much better after the maintenance. I really appreciate their attention to detail and great customer service.
