Comment : Horrible service experience at Big Star Ford Pearland Texas. I had a service appointment at 7am 1/26/2024 for the recall item on the F-150 of the rear wire harness. I was at this location the day before for a oil change and was asked by the associate,Marion Chiaramonte, why did I have a second appointment to get the recall done when it could have been done in the same day as the oil change. I explained to her that when I called in for the appointment I was told that the services could not be done in the same day, she responded that was not true and that the number I called was a call center in Arizona and did not know what they were talking about. She stated that the recall could be done in a matter of hours while I waited. I told her that I would keep my appointment for 1/26/2024 and wait while the recall was being performed. When I arrived on 1/26/2024 at 7am she then said it would take 24 to 48 hours to complete the service. I responded that this was not what she had told me the day before. She became very defensive and argumentative. I asked d to speak to a manager and she yelled would someone come up here and deal with him. I was surrounded by several men, as if I was going to be thrown out of the dealership. I spoke with the person who entered my person space explaining to him the same information above and he responded, take it up with Ford. I left because apparently the attitude there is that they are not a representative of Ford.
