Comment : Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy a pre owned vehicle from this place!! THEY WILL FIND A WAY TO RIP YOU OFF! (Can't speak on the new vehicles). I found a car for 14,000$ on carfax. Went in to finance 14,000$ + tax. The salesman told me the car came with TheftPatrol and when I asked how much more it'll be he said nothing extra. I ended up financing it and looked at the documents and turns out he said it wouldn't be extra because they charged me 17,000+ in total before tax. I called them asking why it wasn't 14,000$ and their response was "when you said extra I thought you meant monthly?" Anyway they don't want to take the TheftPatrol out. So what's the point of advertising for 14,000$? The reason it wasnt extra a month is because it was always 17,000$ not 14,000$. It's unbelievable, just to sell a car to someone will lie to you? I find it ironic that as he was selling the car he would constantly say "our goal here is to not make you feel as if you got ripped off when you leave" but that is exactly how I'm feeling. I bought this car to save money so I can get a new Ford F-150 in a year. I will definitely be going to ram! THIS PHOTO IS ON CARFAX FOR UNDER 14,000$

Comment : I had set up an appointment for service through text messages. I was specifically told my appointment was set up for the following day at 11:30 a.m but when I got to the shop, I was told I did not had an appointment, that I was going to be put in queue and my vehicle was going to get service whenever they finish with those ahead of me. Estimated time was going to be 2 hours. When I set up the appointment through texts, I specified that I wanted an Oil and Filter change, Tire Rotation, Four Wheel Alignment and Multi-point inspection, but since whoever I texted did not set up the appointment, I had to repeat it to the Service Assistant and he did not paid attention when I told him because the Wheels Alignment did not get done. He said he must have not heard me say it. This was my second time coming to this dealership for service. I did not have a good a experience the first time and I had a worse one this second time, so I am never getting service here again.

Comment : Jarrod McDaniel helped us upgrade from my Ford Edge to a brand new 2020 Ford Explorer platinum. I love it! From the massage future on the driver and passenger seats to the giant vertical touchscreen. Jarrod made our car shopping experience great, he went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. Comment : We agreed upon a price, I drove a few hours to test drive and pick up the car. They take me to the "back desk" where they hand over the agreement with an extra $2,000 in addendums added on they say they can't remove for things like "wheel locks" and a "security tracking service". I told them to remove the $2K in charges we hadn't agreed to and they refused. They knew I had driven 6 hours to get there and I had invested a lot of effort in this car. They flat out told me they had to lie to compete with other online prices. I suppose that was the only time they were honest during our interaction. I refuse to support dishonest dealerships and walked. Very frustrating that they think it is acceptable to just lie to get you in the door. Even if you ask for an out the door price before you get there, I would not trust this dealer. They are scammers, plain and simple.
