Comment : I cannot say enough great things about Big O tires! PSA don't use after market, aluminum, valve stem covers!! When mine became permanently affixed to my valve stems I might have started to get really worried. They were great about getting me in quickly and swapping out all 4 valve stems. THANK YOU! You will be seeing me again.??

Comment : These guys are top-notch. No matter what I have as far as tent, oil change, tires, and brakes they take real good care of me every single time I highly recommend this group of people

Comment : This is an amazing shop and everyone is extremely friendly and explains everything in great detail. They are the only place that I buy tires and get oil changes at!

Comment : Disappointed with regards to customer service aspect. The service provided said 1 and 1/2 hours. I understand it can longer, however after sitting for over 2 hours with no information or contact from anyone, I was frustrated. The employees need to keep a customer informed about the vehicle being serviced and why it may be taking longer to complete. I had to go up to the register to ask. I feel it's not right to the customer just waiting and waiting. I then found out through a third party of why the service was delayed. That's not right either.

Comment : I had leaks in all four tires some worse than others! Due to the C bead surface damage by chrome flaking they pulled all four tires and cleaned up the bead area the best that they could and reinstalled them with bead sealer so far so good thank you to your crew!!
