Comment : Terrible experience. The counter guy was very nice and courteous but the end result was a disaster. I scheduled an oil change and minor tire repair. Scheduled for a 1:30 appointment. They didn't take the car into the stall until 3:55. It was finished and I was paying at the counter by 4:23. I was quoted $120 for the oil change (little pricey) and $45 for the tire repair (again too pricey) but I agreed to it. *** I paid by card and never bothered to look at the totals until i got home. I WAS CHARGED $223.96 !!! I went back to the shop. The guy at the counter looked at the bill and said the synthetic oil is very expensive and asked me who I spoke to when I called and got the quote. I later reminded him that HE was the person I had spoken to. He told me to come back and the manager would 'make it right' because they wanted me to come back (for future service). After they 'Make it Right', I will never go back to Big O Tire in Oroville. *** By the way I later called the Chico Big O Tire shop and they quoted me $95 for the oil change and $30 for the tire repair! Wish I could give a negative one star.

Comment : No one seems to know what going on with car they missed ar last visit when car was sent by Gerber Collision and Glass same color power steering fluid was in it when they found the power steering fill untit was cracked andit was sent back to Joe's Auto and truck repair on Feather River Blvd., Oroville, CA 95965 was told wrong power steering fluid in my Jeep Patriot 2014

Comment : Our experience with Big O tires was excellent. We were able to get an appointment right away and given a comprehensive report on what needed to be done. The service was outstanding because they kept us informed of the progress and were able to provide us transportation while the work was being completed.

Comment : Overcharged, didn't honor what I was quoted or free alignment service indicated online. Tire treatment wasn't dry or something because it's now on the sides of my white car and I can't get it off.
