Comment : This place is the gold standard of service facilities. I have a 2017 Audi A8 which I took in for service to replace the PCV valve. I vetted several facilities before I selected Bestaile. The owners are friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Their shop was impeccably clean and organized. They repaired my vehicle perfectly and charged a very reasonable price for the extent of work involved. They finished my car on time and didn t try to upsell me on other services. They even assisted with my transportation after dropping my car off and delivered my car after it was completed. There s no way you ll go wrong with the shop!

Comment : Grigor and Bestiale are the most thorough, detailed, knowledgeable diagnosticians I have ever worked with. My S5 had a very bizarre misfire at redline and after a year of not being able to find the problem Bestiale nailed it and fixed it. Amazing stuff! Super friendly. Expert-level work. Thank you!

Comment : Bringing my 2018 Q3 to Grigor and his team at Bestiale was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made regarding my vehicle. My Audi had been running very oddly and a check engine light was triggered. I brought it in to the the dealership (the only place I’ve ever had my vehicle serviced). It was diagnosed with a laundry list of issues and a huge quote to fix those problems. One major issue was carbon buildup in the cylinders as well as having some leaking parts needing to be resealed. I called several places to find somewhere to adequately service my car and I had no luck until I found Bestiale! The team was polite. They were patient with all of my questions and Grigor was incredibly honest and extremely detailed in providing me a diagnosis and options for services. Hands down the best experience I’ve had in having a car serviced and it now runs like the day I got it! Thank you guys!

Comment : This is hands down the best auto shop in LA. The owners are super friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. I booked my appointment on the phone and got in the next day. I brought in my old Porsche and left with it driving like a brand new car. They walked me through all of the services they performed and did a full, thorough inspection of my car. Really quality service and better people - thank you!!
