Comment : You can quit looking for a reliable, honest, well priced shop. Go here and you won't ever look back. They have now helped out on two of my vehicles. Their prices beat the competition for both tire mounting, and a replacement tpms sensor. Was able to walk in both times and be out within the hour with no appointment. They will continue to receive my business while I'm at Auburn. I appreciate all the staff here and know that my vehicle will be in safe hands. Thanks!

Comment : Took in my car to fix a major problem (i'm not giving details to remain anonymous) after they gave me a lower price than the dealership. I now know why the price was so low. Not only was my problem not fixed, they made it worse than before and broke a couple other things in the process. What was a $1500 bill at the dealership turned into a $2000+ bill, so all I could afford was to take it back to Best and PAY for them to fix A, the original problem AGAIN, and B all the other stuff that they broke that was fine to begin with. Still experience persistent problems to this day. By far the worst experience I've had at an auto shop. Would give 0 stars if Yelp let me.
