Comment : My 1995 Honda Accord had an oil leak which I assumed was coming from the radiator based on the inspection I received from a previous shop. After several temporary fixes did not work, I went online to check for other resources and came across positive reviews for Best Price Transmission & Auto Care. I immediately gave them a call and scheduled an appointment.

After the Technicians conducted an inspection of my vehicle, it was determined that the oil leak was not coming from the transmission, but from the valve cover gasket and the oil pan and rear main seal. The timing cover was also leaking coolant. The manual transmission had to be removed to service the oil leak and the Technicians were very thorough in their inspection. I was informed of several other things that needed attention which I agreed to. The timing belt and the transmission clutch was also replaced.

Due to the amount of work that was required, I was without my car for several days, but it was worth the wait. I appreciated Jim and Shane keeping me abreast daily on the status and Shuttle service was provided which is a very nice perk.

Best Price Transmission & Auto Care treats you like family and their prices are very fair. Kudos to the entire service team for their hard work especially Froilan and Christian, Labor Technicians who did a great job on my car. I also appreciated the car wash.

If you appreciate professionalism, work quality over quantity, and fair pricing, this is the place to bring your vehicle.

Comment : I m writing this review because I had my car serviced at this shop about a month ago for an engine issue. I picked the shop because I had good reviews, but I should ve thoroughly looked through all the reviews.I paid over a grand in cash, and now my check engine light is back on.When I first went in, I knew something was wrong with both my engine and brakes, but I specifically asked them to only fix the engine. Despite this, they kept pushing me to get my brakes fixed and promised a free alignment afterward. I finally agreed, but after getting my car back, it was in worse condition than before.The next day, they told me to come back because they had forgotten to put on some lug nuts something that should never happen at a professional shop. When I returned, I had to wait over an hour and a half just for them to screw on a few lug nuts. After leaving, I immediately noticed three warning lights on my dashboard: the check engine light, the stability control light, and the ABS light.I later went to a new mechanic, who confirmed that this shop did not screw the lug nuts in at all. He was able to take them off with his bare hands. That was extremely dangerous I could have had a serious accident. On top of that, their work messed up the stability of my car and they broke my engine cover.This shop is unprofessional and careless. They will take advantage of you while smiling in your face. Please stay away! I m this close to writing them up to the BBB.I m writing this review because I had my car serviced at this shop about a month ago for an engine issue. He gave me three prices for the transmission. I went to get it done. It was quickly. he got the price also including the warranty the transmission. I got the information from Google. I was searching for good place to get fixed the car and honestly the car is working smoothly and when he done with the job, he also wash my car put gas on amazing. Comment : If you re reading the reviews trying to figure out where to take your car to get work on, do yourself a favor and save time and headache and choose best price transmission. They ve worked on several of my cars along with my family s and friends car. It s so important to find a mechanic that won t take advantage of women and it s the only place my mother in law and sister in law take their vehicles now. They ve done simple jobs as oil changes, sway bar links, to big jobs like our whole transmission replacement. They ve worked on my Nissan Versa, to my Porsche. I ve trust them with everything I have. John and Shayne are the best to work with. I couldn t be happier with not only the work, but customer service they provide.
