Comment : They neglected to check apart that they had pulled out of my car, put a faulty part back into my vehicle and then never told me and sent me on my way which ruined my transmission and then they put in a transmission that wasn’t even a certified used transmission with any sort of warranty and they were rude and very unprofessional. I requested to speak to the owner multiple times and they refuse to have the owner contact me. They are the most unprofessional.

Comment : Well, some things are too good to be true. We have worked with Bessinger's for the past couple years. They worked on several of our vehicles and we were very satisfied. I even left a 5-star review. I have since pulled that review after our experience with them last week.We had an oil change in our Mercedes Sprinter 2 weeks ago. All good. Scott told us our brakes were bad, that was true, we scheduled a brake job the following week. While driving home from the oil change a warning came up that the oil was too full. My wife immediately called while she was driving home and spoke with Scott. He said that Mercedes is super sensitive and even a tablespoon too much oil can set off a sensor. That may or may not be true, that's not the issue. He told my wife that he would put a note on the repair order for when we brought the Sprinter back for the brake job and remove a bit of oil then.Last week I dropped the Sprinter off. I didn't mention the oil since he had told her he was adding it to the repair order. I mistakenly assumed they read these notes, or that Scott had in fact entered it into the system in the first place They did the brake job, we picked it up. The oil sensor message came on again, they forgot to address this issue. We called, Scott told us to come in any time and they would take a couple minutes to remove some oil, no big deal. He blamed me for not reminding him. That was his first shifting of blame and refusing to take responsibility. My wife was going to be in Pacific Friday so I called in the morning to let them know. Scott said no problem, stop by, they'll take care of it quickly. I called at around 3:30, just about the same time my wife had gotten there. I wanted assurance things were being handled quickly, she had a tight time crunch. Not a problem they said, we're on it. The Sprinter goes back into the shop. It was taking more than a couple minutes for sure. After 45 minutes my wife asked Scott why it was taking so long and he started to shift the blame again. "Your husband didn't remind me, it wasn't my fault. You show up here last minute on a Friday and expect us to drop everything for you. Do you have any idea how many hundreds of cars we see in here?" Big mistake. My wife got really hot. She and Scott were actually screaming at each other in the lobby. We feel bad for the new gal who is there learning how to work that front counter, she witnessed it and hopefully sees how NOT to handle a customer. As my wife puts it, when the customer becomes the problem they will go away. And that's exactly what we are doing, going away, never to return. We had just spent over $1,100 over the past two weeks there. A simple sip of extra oil out of the engine and owning his mistake stood between us and a satisfactory outcome. Had Scott simply said "This was my fault, I'm sorry" things would have deescalated and worked out. Had they jumped right on the issue when she came in, accepted responsibility and apologized we would still be bringing our vehicles to Bessinger's in the future, spending thousands of dollars. But because Scott blamed us and took no responsibility and escalated things to a boiling point, we, the customer, became a problem for him. Maybe it is because he was addressing a female. Just about all women have experienced the condescending disrespect of men in an auto repair shop. Ladies, keep that in mind when you are looking for an auto repair shop. You deserve the utmost respect. We had a good thing going Bessinger's. We have spent thousands with you. Apparently that didn't matter. Folks, consider this review if you are thinking of taking your vehicle to them. Things might go just fine and you'll be satisfied. Just hope nothing goes wrong because it will be your fault and they won't take any responsibility. You might even end up in a shouting match with the man behind the counter who is providing you with a "service", perhaps especially so if you are female. It was for us.An extra sip of oil and shifting of blame cost you thousands of dollars Scott and Bessinger's. Hope it was worth it.Well, some things are too good to be true.
