Always felt like we were putting the staff out to get a question answered. We feel the quality of the repair was good. 4 | Repair Quality - 4.0/5.0 - | Once the repairs where done, they discovered the sensors were not working and had to send the vehicle out. I was not notified of this and this held up the return of our vehicle for an additional two weeks. I had to stop in to find out what the delay was on the return of my vehicle at the shop in which it was sent to. No notification from Bessey's. 1.5 | Customer Service - 1.5/5.0 - | There was a lack of communication from Bessey Collision to the customer on the status of the vehicle during the time of the repairs.
