Service writer lied to me when I asked about the AAA discount by saying everyone gets the AAA discount as it’s already figured into the price. Not the way to bring customers back. Made for awkward future interactions. Angered me so much that I came close to taking my business to another dealership in the future. General manager graciously reimbursed me. I think Wayne is the best in the service department and has a genuine and friendly personality. Good treatment is what keeps me coming back to Bessey’s.
