Comment : This guy is higher than the dealership! He's also not a nice guy. Told me if I didn't like his price to leave his shop. I never went back. Go straight across the street to ONE STOP AUTO and ask for ASH!! He's a nice guy and very reliable! You can tell the difference with the traffic between the two. Don't waste your time with BERT!!!!!!!

Comment : He was rude & unwilling to assist in any way. Sat in his lobby for 20 minutes before he even acknowledged me & I explained the problem with my a/c & then he flat out said he didn???t want to work with me without any explanation.

Comment : These ppl have no problem taking your money but when it comes to customer service, and people skills they could learn a thing or two. Very poor communication, & dont make the mistake of taking your hard earn money somewhere its unwanted & your disrespected and hung up on when trying to ask for info about your own car. 2nd worse shop in kc ive supported and will no longer support. Goodluck !
