Comment : I had a great experience buying 2025 Pathfinder. Tristan was a pleasure to work with. Detailed quote was emailed to me earlier that was better than any other quote I received. Visiting the dealership was a great experience as well. Tristan and Lily stayed late as I had to drive 2 hours to get there. No pushing for extras that I don’t want. Overall I rate this experience as 5 stars from start to finish. I recommend them highly.

Extremely understanding, kind, and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me, making sure I was taken care you to the best of his ability!

Comment : I purchased a new Nissan about which I'm very satisfied. The sales staff, especially Alexander and his managers were polite and professional. It was an excellent experience. See photos: I went from a 2013 Versa I purchased with 12 miled on it (at Berlin City, now with 255,000) to a 2025 Versa with 8 miles on the odometer and did so IN STYLE!!

Comment : My experience at Berlin City Nissan was nothing short of amazing. This was one car buying experience that I was nervous for because of my adjusted budget for a newborn child over the past year. Chris (GM) and his team made my buying process simple and got me out of the dealership in 4 hours. I think I have spent upwards of 6-7 hours in dealerships historically and this was just much simpler. His sales team member (Tristan) listened attentively and knew how to bring value to my deal process. He actually helped the team get my vehicle ready since it was a slower day on the floor. Truly a great person to work with and was not pushy or sales driven. Lastly their finance team worked with me to ensure I got an acceptable warranty. They even helped me while the banks were closed on Veteran's Day!

I could not be happier with my purchase and the overall support to ensure I got the vehicle on the road back home.

Comment : Tristen was instrumental in our decision to choose Berlin Nissan to purchase our new car there. He was professional and knowledgeable. The general manager, Christopher well as Lilly, the finance manager were also fantastic. There was not one moment we felt pressured. We will definitely be recommending this business.
