I rolled into Berlin City Nissan with a flat tire right as they were closing on a Thursday night, and Chris didn’t hesitate to help. Comment : I called to see if I could get my car in for a diagnostic after noticing some issues I had while driving it. They were able to schedule me for an appointment the very next day. Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Anthony explained what the diagnostic test involves thoroughly and answered any questions I had. After taking my car in, he called me within a few hours, emailed me a quote with explanations and photos of any issues they found and verbally explained it on the phone as well. My car was fixed by the next day! Having car troubles is always overwhelming, but they made the experience much less stressful and got the job done quickly. I ended up calling asking to come back in because I thought something still felt off. Again, they were able to get me in the very next day to have it looked at. Anthony ensured that they would take care of it if it were an issue that happened on their end and walked me through the process of what they’d be checking for this time around. Within an hour of dropping it off, they had the issue resolved free of charge. I will definitely be returning & I would highly recommend this location if you need your car serviced. Comment : Great experience! Tristan was friendly and knowledgeable about the SUV I was looking at. They let me take the car for a test drive and allowed me to take my time deciding what to do. Would definitely recommend for new or used car buying!

Comment : Don't go here. I bought my boys car here 5 years ago and have been servicing all my vehicles here since. Just took my truck in for tire rotation and oil change. They stripped 3 lug nuts off and want me to pay to have them cut them off and replace the studs and lugnuts. They stripped the bolts. They are the last ones to have the tires off at my last rotation. Even if I wasn't a regular customer they should make good on it.

Comment : Out of the four cars I’ve bought this place has been the fishiest car dealer. Went to trade my car for one of theirs and Marty couldn’t even give me a price for my car, had to drive all the way back the next day to get a number from her and management. When I do get the number they low balled the heck out of my trade. Wouldn’t ever do business with them and their weird staff. Thank god that Charlie’s Honda actually cares about the sale of their vehicles and actually offer a reasonable offer for my car in order to help sell their car for mine. Berlin city claims that if you aren’t buying the car that day then you don’t matter to them is what Marty said. Which how do I know if I am buying a car if you refused to give me an offer for my trade. How am I supposed to know what I’m getting into if I don’t have the numbers in front of me. If you want to be low balled and deal with incompetent sales/management then this is the place.

Comment : I cannot say enough great things about my experience with the sales team at Nissan in Portland, ME. I inquired about a new Nissan Altima and was connected to Travis within minutes, who was super responsive to text. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was on display and Travis was waiting for me. Within the hour we had negotiated a successful transaction which included a fair value for my trade, thousands more than another local Nissan dealership had offered. The transaction was seamless, with financing paperwork a breeze and handled professionally. I was on my way in my new car that same afternoon and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thanks, Travis, and the entire team for making this one of the smoothest car purchases ever.

Comment : We purchased a new Nissan Murano back in October of 2024. When we first stopped in they didn't have the model we were looking for. Andrew our salesman worked very hard at finding just the car we were looking for, although we didn't drive our new car home that day the rest of the sales process was awesome.
In May of this year(2025) we noticed a small chip in the passenger side window. We were like how the heck did that happen as we only had the car over the winter months and had not even opened that window since our purchase. We were convinced it had to be there when we took delivery. We reached out to Andrew and he in turn put us in contact with Christopher (General Sales Manager). They had us come down, they checked it out and agreed it must have been there since day one. Seven months after the sale Berlin City Nissan replaced the window at no charge to us and even returned our vehicle with a full tank of gas. You don't see that kind of customer service very often these days. Definitely a 5 Star review from us!
