Comment : Tristian had reached out to me about trading in my car. I let him know what I was looking for in a new car. Within 3 days he found the exact car I was looking for and sent two people to pick up a few hours away so I could see it. We decided to buy the car and the general manager, Christoper and Dom the finance rep were incredibly helpful with making sure we could make it work. We noticed a scratch in the ceiling and Tristian arranged for me to bring it back for their upholstery guy to fix. Once we got it home, we notice another dent in the speaker He also ordered a new casing and had it replaced. Throughout the process and after we bought the car, we had to go back and forth on a few things and Tristian was incredibly helpful and responsive. I haven't had great experiences with car dealers in general in the past. I was incredibly surprised with the attentive and caring customer service I received from the whole team at Berlin City Nissan of Portland. I would definitely recommend them.

Comment : Got a car recall notice from Nissan. Sent a note through Berlin City website. No response after several days. Very disappointed so I called with my questions. Spoke with Mattie (Maddy?) who was fantastic. After our talk, I booked an online service reservation. Super pleased with texts, reminders, emails, etc.!

The day of my appointment, I found out I had the work day off. I called and Scott was able to get me in earlier than my late service time. I had to wait a bit, but all was OK. He and Chiyratha Hrom and another service employee were outstanding! Respectful, professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

I could not be more pleased with the experience! Will most definitely return!

Comment : First time buying a car through a dealership. Every experience I’m sure comes with one hassle or another, but I have particularly bad car luck. Everyone has been helpful and kind in my experience here when stressors pop up, but Tristan B in sales and Anthony D in service have made my experience much more pleasant and bearable.

Anthony treated me with kindness and empathy when I couldn’t hold back tears of stress, which was super embarrassing for me, but made easier by the kindness he extended toward me.

4 stars for the overall experience thus far, but 5 for service and staffing

I just purchased my 2nd used Rogue @ Berlin City Nissan from Andrew Mason. He is a smart, very professional, friendly and outgoing salesperson. He always asks about my son when I’m there to have my car serviced.
Being in my mid 50’s, I’ve leased and purchased many cars-I know the drill.
I do give him a bit of a hard time and I’m not the easiest customer at times but it doesn’t phase him and that’s quite respectable.
