Comment : Amazing customer service by Jennifer Towers! If you need a new car or help navigating finding the best option for your pre owned budget this is the person you should ask for. Communication was incredibly clear and delivered in a timely manner. She not only stayed diligent with the specifics of my vehicle request but was honest about what she currently could locate and deliver for me to review. My time wasn?t wasted but valued, and ultimately she located the best vehicle for my needs. You will not be disappointed if you ask for Jennifer Towers.

Comment : The experience at Berlin City was refreshingly straightforward and easy. There was no pressure at any point, which made the entire process feel comfortable and low-stress.

I ended up purchasing a Lexus with Jennifer as my sales representative. I really appreciated her no-nonsense, relaxed approach?it made a big difference. The finance manager was just as helpful and patient, taking the time to clearly explain warranty options without making it feel overwhelming.

Overall, a very positive and professional experience.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Love this dealership! They made the car buying process so easy. No crazy dealership add ons or markups. Jennifer Towers was a great sales associate that was able to get exactly what I wanted and Liz West the finance person was awesome! So easy to work with both of them, straight shooters and answered all my emails and questions prior to coming in to do the paperwork. It was the first time buying a car without any stress. They won me over!

Comment : The good- I love my new car! I have previously owned 6 Lexus and 6 Toyotas; however, this was the first time I have ever ordered a vehicle to be exactly what I wanted - color, features, etc. our salesperson was fairly new to her position; however, she was very patient and kind. The finance person was also very professional and friendly. The neutral - took longer than expected, but I guess this is how the process is when ordering. There was some miscommunication/lack of disclosure on a military discount that we found out day before closing did not apply unless we used their financing. Also, I was disappointed that my near total brand loyalty over decades only was worth $500 discount, but that was what it was. The bad - Took delivery of a new Lexus Rx350 yesterday that had been ordered in early December. We were told by our salesperson that the car would arrive on Tuesday and they would need a couple days to recon and sticker the car. We made an appointment for Saturday. After arriving at our appointment on time, our salesperson was busy with different customers. At first, this bothered me because we had an appointment, but the situation resulted in us going right in with the finance person which ended up speeding the closing process. After the closing, we were taken to a special glassed in room where they process the final delivery. Unfortunately, the temporary plates were not on, and the rim was put on upside down when installed later. The technician did fix it promptly once brought to his attention. Then we moved to the technical part - when trying to log into the app, a different person's name was in my profile - very disconcerting. I was helped through correcting. Once ready for the actual tech support part, our salesperson was available and did that part. The inside of the car had several strings and stickers hanging off that had not been properly removed during the recon process that they had 5 days to complete. Also, the vehicle was quite dusty. The salesperson even commented that she would need to speak with that department about how poorly they delivered this vehicle. Overall - I have the vehicle I want and love. I found the process often frustrating with no real alternative option - Berlin City is the only Lexus dealer in the state, and I felt like the customer service was overly complacent. The dusty car with stickers and hanging strings was a huge let down. We have gone out of state before, but that comes with its own issues. All that being said, the sales and finance staff was super nice; however, the experience needs to match the demeanor.
