Comment : I had an unbelievable extremely positive experience at Berlin City Lexus. My sales consultant, Adam Cheever, is head and shoulders the best out there. He is not only very professional and doesn't have a pushy bone in is body, he has the unique ability to calm the waters of a fairly stressful event. Most of us would agree that buying a new car can be similar to having a root canal, but Berlin City's upfront pricing and full transparency made the buying process a breeze. Did I mention that when I took delivery I was driving away in my new Lexus less than 25 minutes after arriving at the dealership. That's right....less than 25 minutes. I would give Adam and Berlin City 10 stars if that were possible. I would not hesitate to fully recommend Adam and Berlin City Lexus to my family and friends. Well done!

Comment : We were in need of a new car but was anxious about going through the whole car buying experience. However, Tim and Liz at Berlin City made this whole process a breeze. We found our perfect car 2023 Infiniti) at a great price (and no haggling necessary), and they helped us with each step (including financing). They provided exceptional customer service throughout, and I would highly recommend them.

Comment : Don't waste your time. I've been communicating with the service center for two weeks then they all of a sudden stopped answering me. Bought many cars from this dealership, and the service center is joke. Courtney Merrill the service manager has the worse followup etiquette.

Comment : I brought my vehicle in for service today (8/1) while it was a nice thought I didn’t request or agree to the vehicle being cleaned and when I picked it up unfortunately the damage was already done. (We don’t do touch car washes because of paint swirls scratches etc.) I haven’t had much of a good experience here. When my wife and I were car shopping we gave them a shot to have our business buying a new vehicle the salesman we dealt with didn’t know what they had for inventory and didn’t want to give us the time of day. (The vehicle we ended up getting is a 2025)

Comment : We took our NX to Berlin City for some warranty/recall work. Our service writer, Santee, was extremely professional, communicated well, and did everything he could to minimize our inconvenience. We were very pleased with the service and the customer relations from this dealership.

Comment : I wish there were negative stars. I hope lexus service would not suck as bad as Toyota. Berlin city is horrible. I have 6 cars. 1 lexus 4 Toyotas and 1 Nissan. I would rather have my teeth drilled than deal with these clowns. Buy from anyone but these guys.
