Comment : I brought my vehicle in for service today (8/1) while it was a nice thought I didn’t request or agree to the vehicle being cleaned and when I picked it up unfortunately the damage was already done. (We don’t do touch car washes because of paint swirls scratches etc.) I haven’t had much of a good experience here. When my wife and I were car shopping we gave them a shot to have our business buying a new vehicle the salesman we dealt with didn’t know what they had for inventory and didn’t want to give us the time of day. (The vehicle we ended up getting is a 2025)

Comment : We took our NX to Berlin City for some warranty/recall work. Our service writer, Santee, was extremely professional, communicated well, and did everything he could to minimize our inconvenience. We were very pleased with the service and the customer relations from this dealership.

Comment : I wish there were negative stars. I hope lexus service would not suck as bad as Toyota. Berlin city is horrible. I have 6 cars. 1 lexus 4 Toyotas and 1 Nissan. I would rather have my teeth drilled than deal with these clowns. Buy from anyone but these guys.

Comment : I recently needed a replacement key for my Lexus, and Berlin City Lexus made the process incredibly easy. They quickly ordered the key for me and even shipped it directly to my home, which was super convenient. The service was excellent, and the parts department was very helpful. Comment : Service has terrible communication. Made an appointmebt with them for a warranty issue on my car that is currently under warranty. They told me to take car to body shop to have a defective trim fixed. Has to get Lexus involved to get an appoint. Went to appoint and was told they will order part and it will be covered by warranty. I left to wait. I got a call in the am yesterday saying part was in and asked if I wanna pay to have to it installed and buy part. I explained to service advisor that called it was warranty and they already approved it. She said I do t have any record of that but will have a service manager call you back. No call back. I called and asked to have a manager call me. Still refuse to call me. Having to go back to Lexus USA to have them deal with dealershipService has terrible communication.
