Comment : I recently needed a replacement key for my Lexus, and Berlin City Lexus made the process incredibly easy. They quickly ordered the key for me and even shipped it directly to my home, which was super convenient. The service was excellent, and the parts department was very helpful. The dealership itself is clean and well-maintained. Comment : Service has terrible communication. Made an appointmebt with them for a warranty issue on my car that is currently under warranty. They told me to take car to body shop to have a defective trim fixed. Has to get Lexus involved to get an appoint. Went to appoint and was told they will order part and it will be covered by warranty. I left to wait. I got a call in the am yesterday saying part was in and asked if I wanna pay to have to it installed and buy part. I explained to service advisor that called it was warranty and they already approved it. She said I do t have any record of that but will have a service manager call you back. No call back. I called and asked to have a manager call me. Still refuse to call me. Having to go back to Lexus USA to have them deal with dealershipService has terrible communication. Comment : I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle at Berlin City Lexus, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Liz West, our sales representative, truly went above and beyond. Liz's knowledge of the technology in the vehicles was phenomenal, and her considerate and diligent approach made the entire process immensely enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful and made sure we felt confident with our purchase. I highly recommend Berlin City Lexus, and especially Liz West, for their outstanding service. Comment : I have read the reviews and I was surprised by the clear dichotomy in the reviews. People either love this dealership or they hate it. Well, here is what I am thinking, it seems to me, more people have issues with service than they do with buying a used car. And people have more issues with used cars than they do with new car purchases. So that said maybe the consumer should consider what aspect of the Berlin City they are looking to transact business with in making a decision about Berlin City being the right place for the transaction you are considering. Please read about my experience.*** my review for my transaction ***My transaction started in July 2024. I visited the showroom looking for a very specific car. I am particular and I wanted a specific color with a specific interior and exterior color. I talked with Tim Nguyen. We got close but it didn???t work out. I was traveling and I live in both Maine and Texas so when I was back in Texas is visited 2 different dealerships one in Austin and one in Houston. Both were direct and specific, the car comes in three colors (black, white or grey) and those on the webpage are not accurate. The interior comes in black or grey. We can???t order a car and we can???t trade a car. Pick something on the lot and I???ll work out a good deal. Well, I decided I did not want a car that looked like everyone else???s. So I visited a BMW dealer and found that I could order a car in a color, interior, and options I wanted but would have a wait a few weeks to order a 2025. In the mean time Tim called and said he could get me the exact Lexus I wanted in the color I wanted, with the interior I wanted, with the options I wanted. So I took it. On October 5, when we flew in Tim picked us up at the airport, my car was clean and ready to be picked up with all the extras I wanted and I even got a beautiful Lexus polo. Tim did a great job and the whole transaction took less than an hour. I love my new car and I love the way my wife and I were treated. It was amazing that Tim kept looking for what I wanted and I am so glad that he did.
