Comment : I had a disappointing experience at Berlin City Honda. The salesperson I worked with, Steve, came across as very pushy and seemed more focused on closing a sale than understanding what I was looking for. As a first-time buyer, I was hoping for a more supportive and informative experience.

I ultimately left feeling frustrated and chose to continue my search elsewhere, where I received much better service.

I would also encourage other buyers to carefully review all fees before signing, as some charges were not clearly explained upfront.

Overall, I would not recommend this dealership.

Comment : We arrived by appointment to see Noah P and the CRV on Thursday, April 9. He was exceedingly helpful and probably the reason we went with the 4WD vehicle rather than await the FWD CRV we were told could be brought up. We committed to the purchase that day and came back the next to pick up our new car. In addition to our pleasant experience with Noah, we had a fine time dealing with regarding the final. paperwork and financing.

Comment : Had a problem with my CR-V starting and learned it was a bad connection to the battery. Stopped in when they were very busy this morning (Saturday 4/4/26). A mechanic came out, spent 30 seconds adjusting and sent me on my way at no charge. I have a long drive for Easter weekend and this was SO APPRECIATED. Thanks so much for the great service.

Comment : I had a poor experience trying to buy a car here from Kai. It was a lightly used Honda certified, 1 year old car. I brought up a couple concerns and it got brushed off. However, they were still pushing for me to buy the car and stated ?if it?s still an issue later on just bring it back and we?ll get it sorted? this was not an issue that was going to go away on it?s own. I didn?t care for the pushiness or the lack of knowledge and effort. It wasn?t even a good deal, I should have walked away a lot sooner. I recommend saving the frustration and getting a better deal just down the road at Ira Honda in Saco.

Comment : Stopped in to check out a vehicle model I've been considering. Robinson Copeland was knowledgeable about this model and I was able to view and drive one. Although I made no purchase, I will certainly return if a vehicle I am interested is added to their inventory. Thank you, Robinson!

Comment : My son just bought his first car at Berlin from Kai. The car was used and had some miles on it. My son took it home and a few things were wrong with it. This dealership really impressed me with how they had my son come back and they fixed everything! Gave him a loaner for the day and just were great! Thanks

Comment : I never post reviews, but after dealing with several car dealerships in the past year due to needing cars for my husband, daughter, son, and self, I have to express my satisfaction with my experience at Berlin City Honda yesterday. Car shopping is exhausting between looking online to find the perfect car, only to discover that ?it just sold? multiple times at multiple dealerships each time I found one I liked, to the wheeling and dealing and hours spent in-store.
However, this is NOT the experience I had at Berlin City Honda. My salesman was Kai, who was extremely personable and attentive to us. I believe he even apologized to us at some point for checking in so many times while we waited for the financing to be sorted out. Lol.
Speaking of financing, the finance manager, Mark, was very helpful and friendly, and we ended up getting a great deal on the warranty we purchased. Once we finished the purchase, Kai and his fellow salesman, Robinson, who didn?t even have a stake in our sale, were so kind and we stayed a few minutes chatting with them. They even obliged us with a picture!
The whole process was very smooth, low pressure, and made a tedious process seamless and enjoyable. Thanks, gentlemen for the superb service!
