Comment : I’m not impressed with this dealer. I purchased a Raptor from this dealer and was missing the “code card” to unlock the doors and the sales person completely went MIA once the sale was completed (knowing I live 2 hours from them). The sales person reached out when they needed an insurance binder, which I had sent promptly, but 5 days later when I was again following up for my door code they’re not answering the phone. I understand that I can go to any ford dealer with proof of ownership to obtain this information, but who wants to spend this kind of money on a vehicle to get such poor service… The Raptor also has an issue where the vent knob IMMEDIATELY broke, but I’m sure it’s covered under the bumper to bumper warranty so I’m not even bothering mentioning this to the dealer as they’re less than helpful.

Comment : I have dealt with Berlin City off and on for years. We tried buying a new vehicle at a local business in our immediate area, to try and cut the distance we had to travel for service and that was a huge mistake. As soon as we could trade we went right back to Berlin City and well never leave again. Everyone is friendly, courtious, helpful and patient. We are older and this new computer age is extremely difficult for us, but the Berlin City group spent extra time teaching us things, helping us to get it right, and never once tried to hurry us out of the way once we had signed the paperwork. Will never leave again. Berlin City is my only car dealership now.

Comment : Bought a Truck for the Hubs at full asking price. Already had financing in place. When I arrived to pick it up, they made up some rule about how my $10K deposit needed to be paid. They eventually got over it, but it took 4 guys. They proceeded to spray some type of fumigation/cleaner in the truck, which 4 MONTHS later still smells so bad I have decided to trade the truck. I won't ride in it with my Husband-it's that bad. They denied they sprayed anything in it, obviously they did. Smells like a spilled bottle of 170's cologne-just disgusting. Took them a month to mail / program the extra key. Still waiting on a call back about my extended plan refund. Just HORRIBLE. Comment : I recently had a safety recall taken care of at Berlin City. The young lady at the service desk made it very easy to schedule a time that was convenient and all work was completed as expected. Best of all, they didn t try to upsell any additional work. Very nice experience.
