Comment : Bought a Truck for the Hubs at full asking price. Already had financing in place. When I arrived to pick it up, they made up some rule about how my $10K deposit needed to be paid. They eventually got over it, but it took 4 guys. They proceeded to spray some type of fumigation/cleaner in the truck, which 4 MONTHS later still smells so bad I have decided to trade the truck. I won't ride in it with my Husband-it's that bad. They denied they sprayed anything in it, obviously they did. Smells like a spilled bottle of 170's cologne-just disgusting. Took them a month to mail / program the extra key. Still waiting on a call back about my extended plan refund. Just HORRIBLE. Comment : I recently had a safety recall taken care of at Berlin City. The young lady at the service desk made it very easy to schedule a time that was convenient and all work was completed as expected. Best of all, they didn t try to upsell any additional work. Very nice experience.

Comment : I typically don't leave online reviews unless I have an exceptionally positive or negative experience, but I believe Eric Lafrenais (new Eric) truly deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service. While traveling through New Hampshire during the harsh winter, my F250 encountered severe fuel pump issues. Concerned about being stranded over 400 miles from home with a camper in tow, I urgently needed assistance when I arrived at the dealership. Unfortunately, after explaining my situation to two service advisors, they reluctantly asked a mechanic to quickly verify my concerns, but he was "too busy" to see me. However, Eric from the parts department went above and beyond by not only inspecting my truck but also helping me locate the necessary part and arranging an immediate repair. His customer service was exemplary 100% A+.
