Comment : I was camping at a KOA in the White Mountains and had a check engine light come on. I called this dealership in the morning and Kathy had me in by 9am to diagnose defective DEF heater which had to be repaired or I faced possible shutdown on the highway while pulling a large 5th wheel camper. I had to check out of the camp by next day so this was very timely. Berlin City GMC had parts shipped to them by the next morning. They said it would be repaired by 1pm, but it was ready when I got there by 10am! I had other items addressed by Spencer while it spent the night, and was prepped for the DEF parts in advance. My entire experience with Kathy and Spencer was pleasant, professional, and the service was performed beyond my expectations!

Comment : The experience buying my new Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ last year was going great until I was left a voicemail by Dave that they would only pay for buffing of scratches and my Vermont inspection if I gave him a perfect survey. Needless to say I was very disappointed to feel i was being coerced into giving positive feedback. I didn't give a perfect survey so I therefore I never received any compensation. I won't be returning to them for future purchases. Felt that it was inappropriate for the salesman to bribe me like that so I paid for said services myself

Comment : good experience, good sales in guy in Will who knew his stuff, purchased a new GMC Terrain, great vehicle so far, just one negative........over $40,000 cash spent, and we didn't even get an Owners Manual for the vehicle - total bullshit on the part of General Motors, stopped us from buying the 2nd new vehicle which we had planned

Comment : Everything went as expected but i was shocked that we were charged 15 dollars and change to install a set of wipes i paid 200 for 2 oil changes and was shocked i was charged labor for wiper installation

Comment : Will Eason was great! We did the whole transaction remotely and Will was responsive and genuine. He coordinated delivery of the vehicle (~450 miles away) the next day! The paper work when the delivery driver arrived was straight forward and easy.
