Comment : Finance manager Sam is very dishonest adds extended warranty to your car without asking and lies about what it Is I had 2 cars with the extended warranty and I didn?t even know I was getting charged 3300 for this warranty also one of my friends got a warranty added without his knowledge and Sam said oh it?s for your tires dents and dings but it?s a plan for vehicle theft that only gives 2500 back he?s just crooked and wants his commission from the extended warranty?s also told me he will not give me a good deal next time because I am canceling warranty which I had trouble with for months canceling Will not be back

Comment : The staff in the service department are all so helpful and always make sure I understand what is needed for my CR-v maintenance. I am never left wondering whether everything has been checked that needs to be. David is a great help in explaining the options. I would never go anywhere else for service on my car.

Comment : I was treated with respect, and David listened to my thoughts about what I wanted with regard to the service and inspection of my Honda CR-v. I am satisfied that all the items on my checklist were performed. The battery is showing some weakness, and David explained how best to monitor that, and what I should be aware of. I plan to bring my car back in a few weeks to get the battery checked. I am impressed with the quality of the service I receive.
