Comment : Terrible Service. Ozzy is rude and lazy. Had my car there for 1 week only to tell me the fuse was bad and charged me $200.00. He also said he should charge me more for the trouble. When I was paying he ignored me and took a phone call with zero sense of urgency.

There’s better Mechanics in Visalia. Don’t go here.

Comment : Wow, first time customer. I typically don’t relate the word “pleasurable” with facing a significant car repair…. But I have to say these guys were outstanding! When I walked in to get a quote, the owner Ozzie came in from the shop to lay out a plan to repair my car- he spent at least 20 minutes patiently answering my questions and sketching out the solution with hand drawings.
And then there is my new friend Juan at the front desk… Wow, don’t know if I have ever met a more pleasant, humble, caring guy in my life. Honestly, I wish he were my neighbor!
From the minute I dropped off my key, until I picked up the car two days later… there were photos and updates on what was taking place. These guys will be serving my family’s vehicles from here on out!

Comment : Highly recommend BEREA Automotive. We took our van there and they worked hard to get parts and repairs. They are very honest about the quality of work they do. I even took my mom’s car to be serviced and repaired and they made her very happy. Going forward these are my go to for any repairs. Every staff member treats you with respect.
