Comment : On my way home from work, I got a flat tire. Benton’s was close, so I stopped by. Once I walked in, I was welcomed by a courteous and friendly staff that offered water and a comfortable place to cool off from the hot summer air. After all tires were checked, a nail was discovered in another tire. Got both tires replaced at a reasonable price, so I decided to get the other two replaced, but they had to be ordered. Also, I was initially quoted with needing front brakes, so I made an appointment a couple days later to get the two new tires and front brakes. The lead mechanic (Kyle) showed me the brake pads and it was determined I wouldn’t need brakes after all. I appreciate the mechanics for their honesty and integrity. I’ll be sure to return to Benton’s if I ever need further assistance. Thank you all so much for the awesome work, welcoming atmosphere and honesty!

Comment : We are out of town work crew, and our truck broke down in Guthrie. We had it towed to the shop, and called Lucas in the morning. He got our truck in right away and did everything he could to diagnose it promptly. Excellent customer service from these guys very professional shop.

Comment : Took my vehicle in to get a pully and belt replaced. Supposed to be a easy 1 hour 300 dollar job. During the repair, they broke my radiator which was not broken when I brought it to them. Instead of applying any type of discount they charged me full price because of their mistake. They also market their business with veteran's pride but won't give a veterans discount. Even after they admitted their mistake. They wouldn't even take 25 dollar off the labor to make it appear like they were trying to help. 300 dollar project turned into over 1300 because of incompetence. I will no longer support business who market veterans owned and proud but refuse to help veterans in their community.

Spend your money elsewhere

Ps the truck did NOT come in with a coolant leak it came in to get a new idler pully. Put on it was not even informed they broke radiator until they were putting it back together.

You even came out to upsale me on getting a new belt. And nothing was said after 1 hour and a half.

Once again they offer nothing to reconcile for their mistake. Just stuck me with the bill. And when you have army veterans and their accomplishments all over your office. Your are sure saying your veteran proud.

They literally could have taken 25 of 50 dollars of the labor and I would have been happy.

Comment : First experience here was good, they repaired a trailer for us and it was fine. Second experience was not good, trailer only made it about an hour down the road and we experienced a bearing failure due to not being greased properly. I'm not going to upload photos or anything but I have some. We travel up and down this road regularly and I am going to try to not break down here if we can help it.
