Comment : My daughter and I were on a road trip to Oklahoma City this past weekend and had an unexpected issue with one of the tires on the car From the minute we walked in to Benton s to the minute we left, all the employees were very kind and friendly and welcoming to us. The sweet dog in the lobby was an extra bonus! Comment : I wish I could give zero stars. I brought in my vehicle to repair the steering column due to shaking when reaching speeds greater than 60mph. I was given a quote the repair would cost about $1,200.00 and take 3 days. On the third day when I expected to receive my vehicle I was told of difficulties with programming and a few extra days may be needed. Those few extra days became 3 weeks. I had to call their location often for updates. With each update I was ensured the car would be completed ???soon???. During the three weeks my car was being repaired I paid hundreds of dollars in Uber and car rental expenses. I was also sent a text message with a new quote for their repair work of $4,700.00 for replacement and repair of the steering column.During a discussion with others an employee about my grievances it was revealed they needed to call the dealership to figure out how to repair the vehicle. The employee told me ???we are doing it cheaper than the dealership???. He also told me he knew I took it to the dealership because of this call and should have known the repair would have been costly. His claims were false. Yes, I did get quotes from multiple sources - like most consumers do! (The quote I received from the dealership was 3,900) I went with Benton???s because I believed they would repair the car swiftly at an affordable cost as promised. This conversation makes me question the integrity of Benton???s Service Center.When I arrived to pickup up my vehicle it was FILTHY. No customer paying money especially such a LARGE amount should be treated like this! I had to ask for the dirt to be cleaned. I am not judging the craftsmanship of the repair because I do not know about cars. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received.I am sharing my experience so you can consider the potential for an increased estimate after you???ve been given a quote. Also consider Benton???s does not provide loaner vehicles so you will also have the extra expense of transportation if the time frame extends beyond what they have promised.I wish I could give zero stars. Comment : The experience was awful the owner was rude told me to never come back. They messed up my oil plug hole on my oil pan. They said it was like that when I came in but they were the only ones that ever touched my vehicle for years on oil. changes wanted to charge me 400.00 to fix.

Comment : Benton???s has been my go to for vehicle maintenance and repair for several years. Each time our older model truck is giving us trouble, I am confident in knowing I can bring it to Benton???s for trustworthy service. They get it done right every time and we drive away feeling like we???re in a new vehicle!
