Comment : Had a wheel come off my pickup on the interstate earlier this week, and had my truck towed to Benton's, as they had been recommended to me previously.

I showed up with my pickup on a tow truck, no appointment, hoping to get some help as I was in a jam. These guys got me in immediately, ran through the truck to look for damage, fixed what needed fixed, and got me back on the road safely. Lance also texted me today asking if everything was going well. I've never had a shop do that.

Yes, you're going to pay shop prices, but Benton's is worth it. They're great people and they do great work. If I had to do it all again, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Comment : Please go anywhere else! We were loyal customers for over a year taking multiple vehicles to them. They charged over double this last time around and neglected to tell us that they were using an oem filter instead of generic. They have to ask the customer before just assuming, any decent business does. It was literally robbery and the manager had nothing to say other than inflation in America and looked at past invoices and LIED about when we last came in and what we paid. No remorse no cares. Just wanted a bill adjustment not a refund and still no effort to make to right on their end. Anywhere else would be cheaper to go to not to mention the terrible customer service.

Comment : On my way home from work, I got a flat tire. Benton’s was close, so I stopped by. Once I walked in, I was welcomed by a courteous and friendly staff that offered water and a comfortable place to cool off from the hot summer air. After all tires were checked, a nail was discovered in another tire. Got both tires replaced at a reasonable price, so I decided to get the other two replaced, but they had to be ordered. Also, I was initially quoted with needing front brakes, so I made an appointment a couple days later to get the two new tires and front brakes. The lead mechanic (Kyle) showed me the brake pads and it was determined I wouldn’t need brakes after all. I appreciate the mechanics for their honesty and integrity. I’ll be sure to return to Benton’s if I ever need further assistance. Thank you all so much for the awesome work, welcoming atmosphere and honesty!

Comment : We are out of town work crew, and our truck broke down in Guthrie. We had it towed to the shop, and called Lucas in the morning. He got our truck in right away and did everything he could to diagnose it promptly. Excellent customer service from these guys very professional shop.
