Comment : Great service. Best customer service around. Love being able to make an appointment for all services including oil change. Meet you at your vehicle and provide a service employee who takes care of your needs and keeps in touch throughout appointment. Awesome!!

Comment : I have had poor service at Benny Boyd in Lampasas. My vehicle had to be "serviced" multiple times for them to finally tell us they found the issue. After spending over a thousand dollars to replace parts, I had to take it back because it did not correct the issue. I was later informed once the foreman inspected my vehicle a different part needed replacing. The new part plus labor would be another fifteen hundred plus tax. We are out over a thousand dollars for parts that possibly did not need replacing. Since, we have found a reputable, respected mechanic who looked at my vehicle and has provided more information from one trip than I got in 4 visits from Benny Boyd. We wasted a lot of time and money here.
