Comment : Bender service agents promptly found the disconnection of the windshield washer fluid and reconnected the supply hose. I highly recommend their service department.

Comment : The vehicle was taken in for a noise like a part taking up slack when first accelerating and stopping. Was explained well to the service writer. Called at 2:30 to see what was found. No response to message. Called back at 5:00 and was told that the sound could not be duplicated. The next morning the service manager rode through the parking lot with me - sound duplicated. The report stated that there was slack in the CV axles. So, why wasn't this communicated to me? The service manager said this was nothing to worry about at this point. This was just a little bump in our relationship. Will continue to do our service with them.

Comment : The problem I presented to the service manager was not addressed. instead I was lead to other issues that was not a concern at the time. My problem still exists
