Was explained well to the service writer. Called at 2:30 to see what was found. No response to message. Called back at 5:00 and was told that the sound could not be duplicated. The next morning the service manager rode through the parking lot with me - sound duplicated. The report stated that there was slack in the CV axles. So, why wasn't this communicated to me? The service manager said this was nothing to worry about at this point. This was just a little bump in our relationship.
