My son called me on a Friday the night before Christmas break with a problem with the car and we found Benchmark which was very close and the car was taken there by tow. Dante had called me on Monday saying he was gonna look at the car and tell me what the problem was and I told him to fix it. There was a problem with getting the parts which took a few days and he shopped around looking where he could get them n ended up finding them n replaced the parts that were needed and the car was fixed. Comment : I had an issue with my car in an area I am not too familiar with. I had AAA tow the car to the nearest mechanic and was very fortunate that the location was Benchmark Transmission. I met Dante who was very helpful and answered all of my questions. They were able to fix the issue and I was back on the road in no time. If I ever have another issue with my car in the area I will be sure to take it here. Comment : I went with an issue with my car's transmission, which was reported by the dealer service center. Benchmark investigated the problem and determined that it was not related to the transmission, and therefore, no repairs were needed. The owner was very friendly and honest throughout the process.
