Comment : Look no further - this is the place! Honest, trustworthy, dependable. Following the replacement of two rear tires on my all-wheel drive vehicle (other two had lots of tread left), my Explorer ST was struggling to operate properly. It felt like it was missing, or shuttering while driving - it was bad. Took it to my valued Ford dealership for repair, as I have always done in the past. I was told that the transfer case needed replacement and was quoted $4,600, at minimum, after a loyal customer discount was applied. Asked if it could be due to only replacing two of the four tires and was told, "no". Left to seek other quotes. Stopped in Benchmark Transmission to get a quote on a replacement transfer case. Dante asked questions about my issues and I happened to mention the two tires I had replaced. He looked at the tires and told me to go get the other two replaced and to contact him if I still was experiencing an issue. After replacing the other two, the issue was completely resolved! The electronic all-wheel drive system needs all four tires to match - slight differences in tread depth, tread type, circumference or other matter.
Dante saved me close to $5K. He and Benchmark Transmission have earned my business, for certain, for transmission or transmission related repairs in the future - should I ever need them.

Comment : Go. That's all there is to it. Had a rebuild in Octber. Some part failed recently. He fixes it no charge.(warranty). Runs like a frigging Lamborghini. Very happy and satisfied.

Comment : I was passing Benchmark Transmission & Auto Care on my way to a nearby business when I heard something dragging under my car. The engine splash shield was bunched up, dragging on the ground, so I stopped in and asked for help. Within five minutes or so, they had my car on a lift, and I was back on my way shortly thereafter. It wasn?t a big job, but it was crucial under the circumstances, and their immediate assistance was sincerely appreciated. It was a great customer service experience, and the nominal fee was more than fair.

In an era where it?s not uncommon for businesses to treat customers like inconveniences, it was refreshing to be treated so well, especially when they had so little to gain from helping me. Should I find myself in need of transmission work, I?ll choose this place, and I?ll certainly encourage others to do the same.

Comment : I called here and spoke to Dante after finding out I had an issue with my trans cap. I honestly was confused on what exactly the issue was when describing to him but he figured it out for me and I left feeling very calm, assured, and comfortable with all the service.
