Comment : Owner of a 2014 Acura MDX that I purchased in 2016. Since 2016 the transmission has never shifted "smoothly" and over the last two years it had gotten progressively worse. After a couple of costly dealership "Band-aid" fixes it was time to bring it to to a real transmission shop. After extensive online research I chose Benchmark Transmission. Benchmark correctly diagnosed it as needing a new transmission. They installed the new transmission and correctly coded it to my vehicle. The MDX now shifts like it was new with no issues. Benchmark is an extremely honest and transparent shop that does more than just transmissions, you will have no worries bringing your vehicle here.
