Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : I was passing Benchmark Transmission & Auto Care on my way to a nearby business when I heard something dragging under my car. The engine splash shield was bunched up, dragging on the ground, so I stopped in and asked for help. Within five minutes or so, they had my car on a lift, and I was back on my way shortly thereafter. It wasn?t a big job, but it was crucial under the circumstances, and their immediate assistance was sincerely appreciated. It was a great customer service experience, and the nominal fee was more than fair.

In an era where it?s not uncommon for businesses to treat customers like inconveniences, it was refreshing to be treated so well, especially when they had so little to gain from helping me. Should I find myself in need of transmission work, I?ll choose this place, and I?ll certainly encourage others to do the same.

Comment : I called here and spoke to Dante after finding out I had an issue with my trans cap. I honestly was confused on what exactly the issue was when describing to him but he figured it out for me and I left feeling very calm, assured, and comfortable with all the service.

Comment : Service Requested ~ Quality ~ Valuemy son goes to university of Delaware and we are from New Jersey two hours away. My son called me on a Friday the night before Christmas break with a problem with the car and we found Benchmark which was very close and the car was taken there by tow. Dante had called me on Monday saying he was gonna look at the car and tell me what the problem was and I told him to fix it. There was a problem with getting the parts which took a few days and he shopped around looking where he could get them n ended up finding them n replaced the parts that were needed and the car was fixed.
