Comment : If I was able to give 0 stars, I would. I won’t go into details about what happened, but the unprofessionalism and lack of communication is absurd. When I asked for a meeting with the owner, to explain the multiple issues I had, he simply could not handle constructive criticism, stood and spoke over me, and was rude to the point where I was bawling when I left. The younger owner (his son) called me to apologize for his father’s extremely unprofessional behavior. I highly recommend to go elsewhere for your auto needs, especially if you’re a woman.

Comment : A driver through this company was dispatched through triple a. We made a mistake and called under my moms regular membership while my wife and I are premiere members. The driver called and told us he would have to have us pay out of pocket, as we were basic members. We called to switch it to my account, and the driver called angry asking why the call was canceled. We explained the situation, and again when he showed up he got angry and aggressive, asking why we were causing trouble and ultimately telling us we were making his job hard. Our car is totaled, and a representative from this company is hassling us about changing to my policy? This is a terrible company!!!!

We have already informed triple A on the matter, truly you should feel ashamed to employ such heartless people!!
