Comment : Sketchy service. Called for AAA and driver pulled up with a bad attitude looking for a reason not to tow the vehicle but had NO PROBLEM informing me for several hundred dollars they could tow it. Told him to kick rocks and then they lied to AAA about why they couldnt tow it. Beware!

Update! And 15 mins after leaving this review the owner left my personal business a 1 star review. Thanks D**e! Shows how sketchy you really are.

I cannot recommend Belltown Motors highly enough! My husband and I have trusted them with our vehicles for the past 15 years, and in all that time we have never had a single negative experience. Finding an auto repair shop that is consistently honest, trustworthy, and reliable is incredibly rare, and Belltown Motors has earned our complete confidence.

Most recently, I brought my Jeep in for service, and once again they exceeded every expectation. They performed a thorough inspection, took the time to explain exactly what the vehicle needed—and just as importantly, what it didn’t need. They have never tried to upsell unnecessary repairs, and that level of honesty is why we continue to return year after year.

The work was completed quickly, the communication was excellent, and I drove away knowing my Jeep had been serviced with care and integrity.

The biggest compliment I can give is this: my husband and I gladly make a two-hour round trip just to have our vehicles serviced at Belltown Motors. We could go somewhere closer, but we choose not to because we know we’ll receive exceptional service every single time.

Comment : I originally thought I needed a tow because I had a log wedged under the side of my car. (Don't ask). And the driver came out and looked at it and under my car, saw there was no damage and offered to jack up the car and take it out. There would be a fee but it was worth it. The driver was super nice and he had me drive the car a little before leaving to make sure everything was ok. I ended up driving behind him for a little distance (I wasn't at home) and at the stop sign he checked with me to make sure all was good before going to his next call. He was nice, upfront about everything and I really appreciated everything he did for me.

Comment : Belltown towing is one of the worst crocks I have come across.l got put out of service for my dump truck for wheel seal leak.Bell town was called to tow my truck.l gave them the address to the shop for repairs.They took my truck to their shop.WHY?They couldn?t explain.l wait 2 hours and finally called to enquirer about my truck.They told me they will charge me $1460 for bringing it to their shop and if I want it at the address I gave them,then its another $700.l spoke to the manger wanted to know why he didn?t bring it to my preferred shop?He couldn?t explain and he wasn?t interested in what I had to say.So they charge me almost $2200 for 18 miles tow.This is day time robbery.I WONT RECOMMEND THEY GUYS TO ANYONE.
