Comment : Belltown towing is one of the worst crocks I have come across.l got put out of service for my dump truck for wheel seal leak.Bell town was called to tow my truck.l gave them the address to the shop for repairs.They took my truck to their shop.WHY?They couldn?t explain.l wait 2 hours and finally called to enquirer about my truck.They told me they will charge me $1460 for bringing it to their shop and if I want it at the address I gave them,then its another $700.l spoke to the manger wanted to know why he didn?t bring it to my preferred shop?He couldn?t explain and he wasn?t interested in what I had to say.So they charge me almost $2200 for 18 miles tow.This is day time robbery.I WONT RECOMMEND THEY GUYS TO ANYONE.

Comment : I can't say enough great things about Jim the tow truck driver who helped me tonight through AAA. He was amazing! He was kind, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! I've never had the pleasure of doing business with Bell Town Motors, but based on my experience tonight I will! God bless you Jim! Thank you for making what could have been a terrible experience a good one. You changed my frustrating night into a sigh of relief. It truly was a pleasure to meet you. Keep up the great work!!

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Went in for a basic repair. They claimed the repair was done. Yet it was incomplete. Didn't get to far on the road. Stalled out. Brought it back. They spotted the problem. No discount or consideration and got charged more than twice as much for a minor issue that they should have caught to begin with.

Comment : My wife's car started leaking oil really bad so they towed it breaking a transmission line in the process and totally denying it. They will not take responsibility for any mistakes that they make. They just blamed it on the car being older even though it was pretty clear what had happened. I left a photo to show where they pick the car up from just to prove there was no transmission fluid. The fluid in my driveway was red not Brown.

Comment : Nick was on call and showed up at 3:30 in the morning to bring me gas. I truly didn?t expect that level of positivity and professionalism at that hour. What a great guy! If I ever needed tow services again, I wouldn't hesitate to use Belltown Motors.

Comment : Wow, to say I found an honest and trustworthy auto repair shop amazes me. Granted it was an easy job, but we saved hundreds by not going to the BMW dealership for the service. They took us in very quickly, and the job was completed fast and perfectly. The people at the front counter were great to deal with and up front with the estimate, which was exactly as quoted. No BS charges like other places we have gone (like the BMW dealership). Will definitely be a repeat customer.
