Comment : I can't say enough great things about Jim the tow truck driver who helped me tonight through AAA. He was amazing! He was kind, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! I've never had the pleasure of doing business with Bell Town Motors, but based on my experience tonight I will! God bless you Jim! Thank you for making what could have been a terrible experience a good one. You changed my frustrating night into a sigh of relief. It truly was a pleasure to meet you. Keep up the great work!!

Comment : Went in for a basic repair. They claimed the repair was done. Yet it was incomplete. Didn't get to far on the road. Stalled out. Brought it back. They spotted the problem. No discount or consideration and got charged more than twice as much for a minor issue that they should have caught to begin with.

Comment : Wow, to say I found an honest and trustworthy auto repair shop amazes me. Granted it was an easy job, but we saved hundreds by not going to the BMW dealership for the service. They took us in very quickly, and the job was completed fast and perfectly. The people at the front counter were great to deal with and up front with the estimate, which was exactly as quoted. No BS charges like other places we have gone (like the BMW dealership). Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Comment : I can only speak to the tire service, which is outstanding. Every time I've needed a patch or fix a flat, they're super friendly and efficient. They swap in/out my winter tires every season. I've even had free fix for a puncture. Reasonable prices.

Comment : We had a great 1st time experience with Belltown Motors. It began with the tow.. the driver arrived within 20 minutes and was friendly. The next morning I called to follow up and spoke with Kayla...she explained that they were busy but would try to look at our car (failed brake line). 2 hours later she called back and said they would be able to fix it that day. What a surprise! We were expecting to be without the car for several days but we picked it up that afternoon. The cost was less than expected- how often can you say that on a car repair? Thanks, highly recommend.
